After 20+ years of using them for accounting services, they cut ties with us with a poorly written email full of assumptions. Their thesis was that since they were prioritizing higher billing clients, we would not want to pay their increased rates and therefore needed to find new CPAs. There was never a consideration of offering us the increased rates: a clear sign that they are no longer interested in working with small businesses.
