We hired Boucher Landscaping for Spring Cleanup consisting of debris removal, landscaping,…read moreselecting and planting New shrubs, edging and mulching, installing a new slate patio, moving two ornamental trees and building a set of stairs along side the garage leading to the pool. Liked the crew and most of their work. We paid them promptly. Later when problems arose they did not respond to multiple text messages with photos nor return multiple phone calls. They are Non- Responsive and do not stand behind their work!!! We asked them to move 2 cherished small ornamental trees. Problem was that they do not move them with a root ball but rather chopped off all the roots and planted them in the ground. They both died and since they were planted shallow, the wind blew them both over(pictures available on request). The stairs constructed alongside the garage leading down an incline were a more significant problem. They installed them next to a downspout and failed to redirect the water flow. Soon the stairs were covered with mud and the dirt under the stone steps washed away making the steps unstable.
