Remind you, it's a brand new dryer. Well Performance Laundry sent a technician to get it working temporarily till the right part came in. So today they sent another tech I hook it all up correctly but I needed to call Missouri furniture to get a new cord from them so it didn't short out & stop working. The technician informed me I only had him till 5pm, he went out of his way to go with me to Missouri furniture to make sure they gave me the right part & he came back to install it. I couldn't have been more impressed with Performance Laundry. They have gone above & beyond from customer service to installing parts in a timely manner. I called them, they were to call me back for a service appointment for someone to come fix it...they confused our number with other customers with the same name. I never heard from them for a week. I had to call THEM, they figured out their "miscommunication". Another week goes by, serviceman comes, diagnoses the problem and comes back 2 days later when the new "part" came in to fix it. He says its fixed, I believe him, it was not fixed, he did nothing to fix it??!! So I call Foster's again. I tell them I want a replacement dryer, that was BRAND new, or was supposed to have been. Tyler the salesman tells me that regardless whether I keep this faulty dryer that I have or not, he's gotta get it fixed, so he sends out Cooks Appliance in Nixa to fix it. They Cook's guy runs a diagnostic on it, and sure enough the sensor is completely faulty. I tell the Cook's guy that it's being replaced and I could care less if he fixed it or not. The Cook's guy sounded shocked that Foster's had ordered it to be fixed if they were just going to replace it. Meanwhile, I am wasting MY valuable time waiting for a service-guy out to fix something that I'm not even going to keep, per Foster's request. So, then I am told my NEW replacement for my NEW dryer is going to be delivered today on Thursday, I wait around all day...finally later in the afternoon I call Foster's to see where they are, and I'm told there was more "miscommunication" on their end and my dryer was there but didn't make it on the truck today!!! I am not going to be here tomorrow or the next day which puts me into waiting on Foster's for yet ANOTHER day into majority of my Monday now. I am not pleased, obviously there is a communication breakdown, and fulfillment is not at all what it should be with this unorganized bunch. Once he had the correct part, he scheduled a time and arrived to fix the issue. It took longer than expected, but he said he finished, and I paid him in cash. I started a load after he left to make sure everything worked fine, but water pour out over the kitchen floor. I immediately called him back, and after looking at it, he determined that the hose clamp had broken while he was installing the pump. He would need to get a new one. I was told two days later that no one had the appropriate clamp and he would need to order a new pump. I tried to contact him several times after this, but no answer. I finally got him to answer but he immediately hung up and BLOCK my number. He never did complete the repair or return my money
