Turned out to be an opossum... so he released that since they are good for eating ticks. Todd said that the opossum would live in that hole and the skunk must be somewhere else. I tracked the skunk's movements over a couple days and found another hole the skunk looked to be going into (old ground hog hole). Once again, Todd came right over and within a few hours we had the skunk. Again, Todd came back over that same day and took the skunk away to go live at a better skunk place! They…read moredid an initial inspection indicating some signs of past (dormant) activity, set bait traps and conducted a follow up confirming no further activity. We received an offer and upon inspection were surprised to see a series of pictures of dead rodents and droppings in the attic. The offer was rescinded and competing offers were all reduced costing us thousands of dollars. The explanation from JP pest was that they don't do eradication only inspecting and placing bait traps. Would have been helpful to know that as a customer. Not sure what a pest service is for if it doesn't clean up the rodent activity it identifies.
