Regardless my doctor, Dr Fitzgerald is the best,He informs you teaching you of what is going on with you.Explaining,not just coming up with a diagnosis. That makes him a great doctor.I want to be informed .I ask questions. I write questions down so when i get there i make sure i get them all answered. I had some what of a very irritating condition that was prolonged for the week end.I was sat my end.The doctor i saw Debra Margolis, at the walk in clinic.She Was very kind understanding ,I Felt very comfortable with hr.I will choose her as my back up next time that's how at ease i was. i had called ahead to make an appointment. I drove to NH from Massachusetts and waited an hour to have blood drawn. Once served, it was determined no lab orders were available. Called Bedford DMC front office of which they told me lab order was expired (just talked to them a week prior about scheduling labs mind you). Courtney informed me there was nothing she could do. I fasted all night and morning and drove 30+ miles to receive such a nasty response. Hopefully, I will, eventually, get a lab order and do this all over again before my physical exam (not holding my breath). I am very loyal to my primary care physician, Dr. Koshy, and have been seeing him for over 20+ years as I still see him even though I relocated to Massachusetts. However, at this point, I may have to change primary care services to something more local to Massachusetts. This is unfortunate, as Dr. Koshy is the best! However, I cannot say the same for his support staff.

That was all I had gone in for, and I requested no adjustments to my neck as I both had spinal surgery (fusion, C5-7) 3 years prior, had no pain or problems there since, and wanted to keep it that way. She respected my wishes, and we never had a problem. When Dr. Mary moved out of state, I moved over to Dr. Chris, who had a good reputation. Someone in my family had gone to him for years and had nothing but positives to say. My first two or three times were fine. I had also explained to him my spinal surgery and my request for no neck adjustments. I then noticed a distinct lack of professionalism the next time or two, as he primarily complained about his workload and how long his days were. Odd, but fine. Unfortunately the last straw for me was my last appointment 6 weeks ago. He performed a neck adjustment without asking. I immediately felt pain in the same spot I had my surgery and was very concerned. I hoped it would reside later, but it did not. I called back the office and came back in for x-rays. He said that he had forgotten about my medical record and request. Thankfully, the hardware was not damaged. I discussed options and what might be wrong with Dr. Chris, who apologized. I then requested he send me the notes on what we had discussed, to which he responded that there would be no way he would remember what we discussed later in the day and he was very busy with patients. I said I understood his position, but requested he understand mine that if he would not recall, how would I as a layperson recall his descriptions and medical terminology? He then jotted some notes and said he would follow-up. I waited a couple of days and called the office as he had not followed up as he said. When I still did not receive an email a couple of days later, I called again, after which Dr. Chris did email me with a summary of notes as we had discussed. The pain has persisted which has prompted a return to my surgeon's office to confirm no further damage was done. While I understand people make mistakes, forgetting your patient had significant spinal surgery and specific request to avoid this area is unacceptable. I am also concerned about the level of unprofessionalism surrounding these experiences. Further, as I had not had a day of pain since my surgery until this mistake, I am certain I will not return.

Before this surgery Al experienced pain and and frequent falling down due to his left leg giving out with no notice as well as other symptoms that were related to the nerves being pinched and arthritis located in his lower spine. Dr. Ahn gave my husband his life back! At 76 he is still working and walks with strong legs and his back is straight and not hunched over! We highly recommend Dr. Uri Ahn and his office, they went over and above to help my husband!

Really great experience. It's nice to have a doctor who is great now a days. He explains everything…read moreso well and takes his time to make sure YOU understand what's going to happen. He answers all questions and if he doesn't know, he will find out for you. That's what happened in my case. One important question to me and he went and found out the answer for me. His bedside manor was so great. You don't feel stupid asking ANY question. I have to go and get my stitches out and don't feel nervous. I'm sure he will do a great job. I really like Doctor Huse and recommend him to anyone.
