Once I did, the monthly payment was higher than I was looking for. I pointed out that this monthly payment was based on a price we hadn't even agreed to (since I knew the sticker price was a little high) and suggested we settle on a purchase price first. When I tried to negotiate, he talked over me repeatedly, attempted to tell me I didn't understand how loans work, and stated they have fees that somehow made the $22k truck I was looking at $26k. After I explained that I was well aware of how loans work and that the only way to adjust payments was a lower price or more down, he told me he wouldn't negotiate the price. I said I understood and said I would move on from the deal but thanked him anyway. He then stated he "understood" and said "I was once poor too" and hung up on me. I ended up finding the exact same truck with the same mileage and a nicer interior for $16k elsewhere. I would never recommend this dealership.

Purchasing a vehicle from this seller comes with significant risks, as I discovered couple weeks after my purchase. Although their prices appear attractive, this is because they rely on tactics that mask the true condition of the vehicle. I bought a truck, and shortly after( 10 days only) , the Freightliner dealership informed me that critical components like the EGR valve and DPF filter were not original but aftermarket replacements. These are some of the most expensive parts, and their non-original status greatly affects the vehicle's value and reliability. The seller initially promised to reimburse me $1,600 out of the $4,400 invoice I received for repairs, which I accepted, hoping it would resolve the issue. However, they never followed through on this promise. When I inquired about the payment, their excuse was that my frustration and negative Google review somehow voided their commitment even after they promised the deal is on if I put positive review which I accepted to do and was going to forgive since the $1600 check they promised were a big help . But later after few days they changed their mind and said they'd not pay.. Three weeks later, before receiving any reimbursement, the truck suffered a second breakdown related to the EGR system, among with other electrical issues resulting in an additional $6400 by the dealership, as well as another $3500 for harnesses issues for third time breakdown by the dealer amd all invoices are attached bellow. this place JW truck sales Inc showing a lack of accountability and customer care.
