Isaac was the one who helped out my wife and he did an amazing job. He listened to all of our concerns and addressed every single question we had. But, they're shoes you can't find anywhere else in town. **A note for this year (2025): they had a pair of shoes I wanted that were from Italy, and upon messaging the brand directly, I do believe I avoided some hefty tariff fees by buying the shoes IRL here. What stood out most was that other customers -- including individuals who entered the store after I did -- were asked if they needed assistance, while I was not acknowledged at all. Customer service is a big part of the retail experience, especially at a specialty running store where fit and guidance matter. Yes you heard me right. A Safe for the high end shoes. Since the athletic shoes my daughter was looking at were over $200.00, I wanted to know, what about the shoes in the safe.
