We've used three different tile/granite co's in the past and were very disappointed with demo, tile work and poor cleanup, and housekeeping. We immediately liked Moudy and read reviews on Google and Yelp. It was quick for scheduling maybe a week or so lead time. We were only going to do one bathroom countertop at a time, but Moudy pointed out we would use and waste half a slab. The demo team was so gentle in dismantling our countertops. They papered off the cabinet facing and the mirror frame. They made a great effort to be clean and gentle, and always nice and tidy at the end of the dau. We've had some very rough demos in the past where they knocked giant holes in the drywall. The result was that we had to replace all the drywall where they removed tile. With Giza, we didn't have to repair any drywall. As it turns out, the demo team is the installer as well. They were such nice guys. They asked questions on my preferences for things such as caulking, etc. Very, very nice job. They even did the first sealing for me. I highly recommend Giza and will only call them for my future work.

MasterCraft is a group of true, tested & qualified professionals in many different crafts…read more Initially Mike Garst devised a complex repair which involved building a supporting wall, removing & replacing rotted wood which was not supporting the walls where water had been coming in under the floor for years. Then they installed a solid waterproof barrier, poured a new concrete floor, repaired drywall and it is good as new. That was last month. This week, Joe Martin send his plumbing pros, Ed Ahumada, Jon & Romero to figure out a complex boondoggle which has been wasting gallons of water before hot water emerges. They are working as I write but I have complete confidence based on past experience with MasterCraft that the work will be correctly performed. Not all companies bring such dedication and integrity but MasterCraft is committed to professionalism and everyone is pleasant, qualified and a joy to work with.

Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. (A special thanks to the team, Victor and Tony for their cleanliness and work ethic).

READ THIS BEFORE HIRING THEM AND LOOK AT ATTACHED PHOTOS. IF…read moreI COULD GIVE THEM ZER0 STARS I WOULD. It starts from the top and rolls down hill. We hired KC Floors Feb. 19 to install flooring and baseboard in our 1,760 sqft home. It is now April 6th and all of the corrections are just being finalized. Where to begin... Dave, the sales guy, was a nice guy but measured the flooring wrong and a few days into the job the sub-contractor, MIGUEL & SONS, had to drive to L.A. to grab 300 sqft. MIGUEL & SONS are complete hacks. If KC Floors tries to send them to your house refuse entry. They had a crew of roughly five guys that were terrible. They broke the supports under our bed when moving it and did not tell us, they tried to repair baseboards with drywall mud and it had to be ripped out, they did not remove the underlayment and the floors were uneven in many of the rooms and they had to come back and remove two of the bedrooms and reinstall the flooring. When Miguel came back to do they repairs he was mad and uncooperative. When KC floors tried to send Miguel a third time I refused to let him in. He, and his company are not capable of completing the job the correct way. (see photos) The owner refused to take my calls and requested that all correspondence be via email. This was actually better because the information the office was providing me and the information the owner provided contradicted each other. The owner also was requesting final payment, which I refused because the job as of now has still not been completed. I could go on but at this point it's not worth it. If you are looking for a cheap price, bad work, terrible communication and a job that should be completed in 7 business days taking 2 months you are in the right place. Your search is over. Call them today! If you want a job done right pay the extra money and go somewhere else. Checkout the photos below and I would love to hear what you think! *** Walking the house with the painter right now I just found another area where the floors don't even make it to the baseboard!
