Then they installed a solid waterproof barrier, poured a new concrete floor, repaired drywall and it is good as new. That was last month. This week, Joe Martin send his plumbing pros, Ed Ahumada, Jon & Romero to figure out a complex boondoggle which has been wasting gallons of water before hot water emerges. They are working as I write but I have complete confidence based on past experience with MasterCraft that the work will be correctly performed. Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. I can highly recommend Mastercraft and hope to use them in the near future for several other home improvement projects. Nine years later today, my husband & I had decided to finally get our tv niche done. I lost Bob's contact & I wasn't sure if he was still in the business. I called around & got five quotes. I had a particular look in mind, but the problem was our large ornate mantel w/ no gap in-between the mantel & the tv opening. All of the vendors that came out & gave a bid just wanted to go around the mantel. I wasn't happy with all of the proposals & this why I know God works in a mysterious way. I remembered contacting Bob years ago & fell in love with his work through his website. I did not remember his company name, but I remembered that his website had the Christian fish symbol & Temecula location, so I searched the internet for days & was able to find him. I contacted Bob & right away he answered the phone. He was so easy to talk to & explained what needed to be done with my tv niche & the mantel. He came over, measured & gave an honest quote. He answered my never ending questions for weeks & was able to build my beautiful niche. I knew from the beginning that he was going to do an amazing job, so instead of keeping my ornate mantel I tore it out. In addition to my tv niche I asked Bob to build me a new mantel to match. We've used three different tile/granite co's in the past and were very disappointed with demo, tile work and poor cleanup, and housekeeping. We immediately liked Moudy and read reviews on Google and Yelp. It was quick for scheduling maybe a week or so lead time. We were only going to do one bathroom countertop at a time, but Moudy pointed out we would use and waste half a slab. The demo team was so gentle in dismantling our countertops. They papered off the cabinet facing and the mirror frame. They made a great effort to be clean and gentle, and always nice and tidy at the end of the dau. We've had some very rough demos in the past where they knocked giant holes in the drywall. The result was that we had to replace all the drywall where they removed tile. With Giza, we didn't have to repair any drywall. As it turns out, the demo team is the installer as well. They were such nice guys. They asked questions on my preferences for things such as caulking, etc. Very, very nice job. They even did the first sealing for me. I highly recommend Giza and will only call them for my future work.

He has a no-nonsense outlook on construction and costs which we appreciated. Be forewarned, any construction project, whether a remodel or new construction will come with a fair share of angst. Often you don't know what you don't know and don't ask the right questions or you make assumptions that end up being just plain wrong. It's important to have a good attitude about the project. Joe and his team really work with you to make good on their assurances. At the end of the day, we really love the end result. Was it perfect? Nah, nits here and there but trust me when I say that you can be charged an arm and leg and those nits will still be there. Joe is fair and work is quality.
