DO NOT GO HERE!! Apparently they are not able to align teeth and use the excuse of "one of your teeth is thicker than the other" but never discussed that to me during consultation or prior to treatment. When I tried to bring this up to the "orthodontist" Alexandra Chang she started trying to barter with me saying she would split the cost of additional treatment 50/50 with me. The nerve, trying to make more money off of me for a treatment that she didn't finish in the first place. Two years and 3700$ flushed down the toilet. WASTE OF MONEY!! read more

Very friendly and accommodating whenever I've had to bring my baby with me. They also listen very well and gave options when I asked for the Invisalign treatment. Overall really happy with them and I'm glad I went there! And they take my dental insurance so that was a big plus. read more

I looked a couple other places to start my treatment before settling down with Dr. Supakit and I'm really glad I did. Everyone that works here is super nice and extremely friendly. It's not set up like a traditional orthodontist or dentist office and it doesn't smell like one either. This was a big plus for me, since it helped calm down my nerves when I first walked in. Although the treatment time took a little bit longer, it was worth it! Dr. Supakit and his staff keep to their word and whatever you guys agree on is what you pay, there's no hidden fees and no surprises at the end. As well, his prices are extremely affordable and way more honest than some other people (another office I went to tried charging me triple the price I paid at Hayward Braces for almost double the amount of time). The thing I'm going to miss the most from my whole experience is coming back here every month to see everyone. They truly made this experience the most positive one I've had thus far with dentist/ orthodontists and I can't thank them enough for that. I am currently in my braces process and absolutely adore Dr. Chang and Lee, both are very friendly and knowledgable and accessible as needed. My teeth were very very messed up and slowly but surely they are becoming something I never thought was possible. In only 6 months my whole bottom row became straight from very crooked. I am so happy I got my orthodontic treatment here! The RDA's are super sweet and Maria at the front desk made my experience a great one. I am a college student so I was a little hesitant about getting braces at this time, but they worked out a great payment plan for me. They also offered me a cool 3-D scan to show what my teeth look like NOW vs how they will look like once my treatment is done. Dr. Supakit is a great orthodontist! I went here with my daughter after checking out some other places for braces. I chose to come here because it states on his achievements that he worked with children who have special needs. Well, when we got there I did all of the paper work, talked with one of his assistants and was then seen by Dr. Supakit. He couldn't tell me what exactly what would need to be done to my daughter and said he would have to do the impressions and some other things to figure out what would need to be done. He told me that he worked with children that had special needs like my daughter, but couldn't really give me an idea of what needed to be done, I mean, I even went to Western Dental and they were able to tell me more then he could. After talking to him, the receptionist came to discuss payment plans with me, but I asked her if they would take the insurance my daughter had, due to her condition, and she told me yes they do, but my daughter would have to score a certain amount of points to qualify. So she got up and told the doctor that I was going to go through her insurance and he said without even doing the test, that she wouldn't qualify. (Something I know wasn't true, because I had already taken her elsewhere and they confirmed that she definitely would qualify for the service). He lied and said, he had children come in before and they didn't qualify and you have to have a big over bite. LIES, LIES, LIES! I don't recommend anyone to go to someone who isn't honest and can't even tell or even give you an idea of what needs to be done to your child. But on a good note, I did find a dentist (Orthodontist) in San Jose who's great and was able to tell me a lot about my daughters condition and what was going on with her. He also went out of his way to even hook her up with other doctors who's also going to help. I thank GOD for sending me to the right person, a caring ,honest person. Hayward Braces wasn't where we needed to be, and where my daughter is at now, is the perfect fit, and I thank God of leading us there. read more

I was referred here from my dentist and I'm so glad I received my orthodontic treatment here. I've had the opportunity to be under the care of Dr. Carter in the beginning and continue my care with Dr. Supakit. The whole office is renovated and has a modern look to it. In addition, they have brand new state-of-the-art x-ray machines. Nicole and Michelle are the nicest assistants ever and both are good at what they do. Maria, the receptionist/scheduler/financial planner is the sweetest who is always with a smile and also speaks fluent Spanish. And Dr. Supakit is a perfectionist at what he does and is very skilled with his hands that I never worried that I would not have a perfect smile in the end. He really listens to your concerns and makes sure to explain the plan of care before doing things. And the best part is I didn't have to pay "an arm and a leg" for my braces as Maria works with your insurance plan and/or gives you options on how to make affordable monthly payments. I've heard from other ppl of how they were charged way more for their orthodontic treatment and how it was dragged out but I never got that feeling from Dr. Supakit who is honest with his work. I would recommend Dr. Supakit's office to all my friends and to anyone who's been wanting that picture-perfect smile! So I went to several places before coming to Hayward Braces, and the moment I walked into this place I knew I wanted to get my orthodontic treatment here. Everyone here is so sweet and professional. Maria, at the front desk, is super nice and friendly, and Dr. Supakit is a really great orthodontist. The assistants, Michelle & Nicole are also very sweet. They always make sure you feel comfortable while you're there.Other places told me I would need to get a few teeth extracted as part of the treatment, but Dr. Supakit gave me a beautiful smile without removing any of my teeth. I am SO happy for that. The office is very modern and decorated nicely. It is seriously the nicest orthodontic or dental office I have ever seen. Everything is so nice and clean. I really love how I got clear retainers instead of the regular ones that look weird. Everyone notices my new beautiful smile and I get compliments all the time now. Dr. Chang and Lee are very pleasant, professional,, beautiful Ladies. I was told at another orthodontist that what how I wanted my ideal smile to be was impossible. Yes I am a picky patient which is why some Drs. Rather not deal with my case. I wanted my smile to be the way it used to be the first time around when I had braces , in results of NOT wearing my retainers I am now in braces again. Dr.Chang understood what I wanted and ordered special appliance for me to wear so that I can achieve that perfect ideal smile again. Now about the rating a guy left here about how the previous orthodontist VS Dr. Chang & how this office is now about money more then patient care.? I complete DISAGREE! My son got his braces here. He was first under the care of Dr. Carter, who was so very helpful to me. I am a single parent who only works part time and Dr. Carter let me have a payment plan. Without that my son probably never would have been able to have braces. Dr. Supakit also treated my son, although personally I didn't have any experience with him, my son was happy to go there.
