It is in a convenient location, & parking is always available. During my daughter's treatment. The staff were incredibly helpful, the ladies were always very nice and responsive. Scheduling, rescheduling follow up visits etc. was never an issue. Dr. Nguyen was always very thorough during my child's appointments. She always made sure we understood each phase of the treatment. I love the team here, they have been so sweet and supportive here. I was extremely nervous coming in to see an orthodontist since it's been many years since I've been to one (as a kid). They are nothing but professional and kind (they live up to their name). The front desk staff, Adriana and Yarelly, greet me by name as soon as I walk in and I've rarely had to wait to be taken back to see a dental assistant, Marie. It's quick and compassionate service. That's not easy to achieve that balance. I'm receiving Invisalign and I'm on my 11 weeks and so far, it's been going smooth. The first few days were rough adjusting because I have not worn braces for decades but now it feels weird if I don't have my Invisalign's in. They were also really accommodating with the financial planning and did not feel pressured. Beverly was attentive to all my financial questions! She was available for me via email and phone. My son needed braces and this places was recommended by his dentist. I checked out a couple of places but chose this for a couple of reasons. The first initial appointment they took pictures and went over what was needed. They have good payment options. The staff here is really nice and welcoming. This location is really welcoming to the eye. They decorate for holidays and also play really good music while you wait. If you have any concerns or questions they have no problem answering. They are very gentle and my son has no problem coming for his appointments. Just dont miss your appointment as they do charge a fee but thats expected. I am also considering getting invisalign for myself. I'll be back for an update after he is finished. read more

Beverly helped us get the insurance paperwork done without any hiccups and auto payment set up was easy and very convenient. Front office staff send reminders and setting text reminder is another great communication methods. They really help me manage my kids appointments with these reminders! My friend recommended Kind Ortho to me, so I started my Invisalign process back in 2021 and wrapped up recently. While it was during the pandemic, I have always felt safe showing up to my appt because of how clean and well-maintained the facility is. All of the people I have interacted with from day one of consultation (Beverly) to appointments (front desk) and other dental assistants were all very professional and -kind- to work with. I got to work closely with Dr. Nguyen and she was very patient in understanding my concerns and goals. She outlined the treatment plans carefully and answered all of my questions every time. I even got to work with Dr. Hoang briefly while Dr. Nguyen was away and she was just was wonderful to work with. My check in appointments weren't very often, but pretty sure I was excited to show up sometimes because 1. progress update is great and 2.
