This is a good office. The front desk people are nice and really care. My 3 daughters all went here before we moved. I was went here during 2 pregnancy. I always felt at home and comfortable. We moved a way and it's been hard to find a office just as good. Now that we are back, they are just as friendly as always. read more

This place is a complete joke. They are so incredibly inconsiderate with your time. I've been scheduled to see my child's pediatrician and then receive a call last minute saying they have to cancel, and there's no available appointments for another month. I explain I made the appointment two months in advance to avoid a lapse in my child's vaccine time frame for daycare, and daycare won't take them without their vaccines, I called the same day clinic, call everyone to no avail, guess who had to take all their pto and sick days... when I finally get another appointment for her vaccines I'm asked to come back for blood work the following day, I'm assured I won't need an appointment, so here I go the next day, guess who's not available?! The lab technician because they take a two hour lunch and no one informed me. Then someone else tells me they should have told me that, yeah, you think?! This is my medical center that I've been going to for over a year. It was roughing going at first trying to make appointments and they were backlogged for months (the Affordable Care Act is creating an influx of patients). It took 2 months for me to see my doctor. But now, they're much better with the appointments and usually can see my doctor within a week or two. The appointment center has limited scheduling abilities. Whenever I need an issue addressed soon, I ask to be connected to the clinic where I leave a message. The clinic gets back to me pretty quickly (personal experience: within 2 hours) and I can see my doctor anywhere from same day to 2 days. The clinic does very well at keeping to appointment times. I arrive about 5-15 minutes early, get signed in, and I see my doctor quickly. I'm in and out in less than an hour total (from parking to leaving). They do walk-in service (I've used this before for financial counseling and it took about 1.5 hours to be seen after all the patients with appointments). The clinic is on the second floor of a building with other Eden Area offices (job center, social services, jury stuff). The parking lot is a paid lot charging $0.75 per hour, cash only. Street parking is about a block away, free, no time limit from what I see, but is always packed. There is a bus stop right outside the building. There is also a taxi service for patients, you'll have to ask for more details. Everyone I've come across (receptionist, nurses, doctors, financial counselors) have been very kind and accommodating. They've helped me with any issues that have come up along the way. Given that this is a community clinic and take many uninsured, Medi-Cal, Medi-Caid, Family PACT, HealthPAC, and soon the ACA patients, they're very busy but they have done an excellent job whenever I've needed them. read more

Don't come here. It's horrible. The wait time is ridiculous. There seems to be no point in making an appointment. You will at best be seen thirty minutes after your scheduled appointment. To make it even more of an annoying experience.. The doctors and nurses are rude as hell. They're unapologetic about the wait and treat you like you're just a number. Very impersonal. Brought my brother to his appointment after having complications from his seizure disorder. His np sweena bourroughs is awesome. If I was a patient I would love her being involved in my health care. He also saw dr villa on his second appointment she was great also and was very informative of the mew medication she was giving him and why she chose that one versus another one with interactions of his current medications. read more

Winton wellness center hayward really does no justice for the sick! My doctor while on disability no longer works there, Diane Chamberlin. Never notified of this important change. I now need my temp disability papers sighed and no one there knows what to do! They said that i can be seen at the end of oct. well my state disability continued claim form is due and it seems to me they don't want to sign it. After being accused of not making my past appointments ( after waiting 2 hours and left many times) of not wanting to see a new doc before i have my extension sighed. I just had cataract surgery and ekg came back abnormal still could not see me any sooner. I c finally got a hold of Bola nurse mgr and she was outrageously rude and did not budge to help me. she acted like I should be happy I have insurance. she treated me like crap not concerned of my health, my care or my emotional state. I am a diabetic with dangerously high sugar counts and many other issues including a nasty spider bite in my navel that now for 4 years in not healed. Doctor chamberlin told me they just don't give disability to people that do not want to work.. Really!!! also stated to me that she was not going to help me with anything untill i get my sugar under control. what a joke I throw up every 3 weeks in the morning for no particular reason. my body aches and hurts i cant exercise anymore because it hurts when i twist from side to side and muscles locks, my doc that did the surgery wouldn't sign my continued claim because I had far more important things going on with me. took me five months to see eye doc still waiting to do the left eye. I do not recommend anyone to get treatment. I reported Dr. Jones, MD, to the medical board a few years ago to handle my health concerns. She violated my First Amendment rights, and I didn't even realize it at that moment during my visit while we were meeting due to my head trauma. She neglected her duty to assist me as my medical provider. The board of medical director's sent me a statement that they found nothing to support my claims. I realize these inexperienced MD Doctor's will get away with anything. Scary! I am ongoing treatment for PTSD for three years now. July of 2018, when I first mentioned, "I think I have PTSD," because I got into a car accident on the freeway and provided experience history as my evidence, but she did not acknowledge my expression. Instead, she exclaims," That I was too young to go through PTSD." She didn't even offer me any positive medical information either regarding my concerns. I was so confused for a long time. I fell into despair afterward and went mentally insane and depressed. I thought about killing myself three times. She failed me the first time when I pleaded for assistance due to my PTSD and injury's I sustained from a car accident as a medical advisor. She told me," I didn't have PTSD," and I believed her words because she is a doctor. I lost a lot of memories after my injuries, and depression increased. I am now slowly regaining my memories after seeking professional health care from my hometown in Sacramento, California. Please, people, always check a doctor's credentials. I have encountered many professional MD providers in the past, and MD Dr. Jones is one I will never trust with my health. read more

Had my first visit and it was a good visit! Dr. Lake was my doctor and he was thorough and wanted to run all tests first before deciding on the next course of action--which I must RAVE about! All the ladies from front desk reception and assisting were awesome as well. They even called me more than once to remind me of my appointment and their location which was awesome. Best experience you would want to have when going to a doctor. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in for my appointment, which was just to get a shot, early. At the time of my appointment the nurse took me in a room and did all the things she has to do. That took about 5 minutes. I then sat in the room alone for 30-40 minutes. The doctor came in and said that she would go get the nurse to give me my shot. When i asked why I had to wait so long and why I couldn't just get my shot when I came in she replied by telling me that they see patients by appointment time, but my appointment was at 10:40 and it's now 11:20. I then told her I had somewhere to be and to go get the nurse so I could get my shot. She walked out of the room quickly and quietly and I waited about 10 minutes before I got up, left the room, and found the nurse. I told her I had to leave and that they needed to hurry up. She gave me the shot and told me that they don't do "just nurse shot visits." I will NEVER be going back to them. read more

The worst customer service ever !!! I brought my mother to this clinic and felt horrible after being treated in not a nice way. The receptionist at the front was very rude and seemed to be in a bad mood when we were called to see her. We said hello and she just looked at us emotionless and looked upset without even saying hello or a smile or anything at us. I know its a county hospital still everyone deserves respect and to be treated politely. Then after seeing this receptionist we saw another receptionist and she was better more people friendly. But the one in the front was terrible!!! The Dr. we saw he seemed OK. Very talkative though on his own. He was having a COLD. He was sneezing and sneezing and Coughing; and Blowing his nose. He talked too much saying "beautiful, Fabulous, Excellent, Great, Blah blah blah, and didnt let us say much. All we did is get a prescription for medecine and that's it. I will never come here again! I'm very disappointed in this clinic! I checked in and told the lady at the front we've never been here before but we're assigned to this clinic. I already made a 1st time appointment but the 1st one we could get was next month. So she told me it's ok. Just fill out this paper. After following her request and waiting 1 hour, the nurse called us back, looked at my son's eye and said ok let me check if I can get him an appointment... oh wait you've never been here so there's nothing I can do for you since you haven't been seen here before. I told her at least find me somewhere to take him to check his eye... she said oh you have to call the new patient line and they have to make you an appointment to be seen first. I was furious! And of course, the nurse turns out to be the supervisor as well. What is the point of my son being assigned to their clinic, if they can't help him. It's not my fault or his fault they don't have any sooner openings to get a first time visit appointment! It's just ridiculous and a waste of time! This place is horrible! They MADE an appointment for my grandma to go to some other clinic and upon arriving there, they would not see my grandma. Frustrated, I called winton to explain what happened and they reschedule an appointment at Winton on August 17th. Today is August 16 and they gave us a call saying the appointment was cancelled. short wait time today. As i walk out to prepay parking machine it says out of order as always. (The glare from the sun made it extremely difficult to even read the display on machine to begin with which took an extra minute or two.). I get to the attendant 3 minutes past the 75cent fee mark so i am charged 1.50 instead. Not complaining about the extra 50 cents. it's the principle. Their machine not operating was reason why I was over the limit. She didn't budge when I explained. Poor service. For sure my last time going there. read more
