The owner and employees say that they don't do shipment of certain flavors for juuls at a lot of places, that's why they charge 40 bucks for pods BUT IT IS A LIE! I have seen mango flavors, cucumber, you name it, for the same price it's always been, $27. Chevron on McKee, Shell on Alum Rock, Walgreens on Union Ave also have pods for $27 bucks. If you don't to be ripped off, you are better off going to local gas stations, Loop, Shell, Chevron. They will never charge you that much.. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. Instead of waste $40 on pods, actually try going to different gas stations, some have different flavors for MUCH cheaper than this smoke shop. read more

I just went today and I was having a problem in my disposable vape. I went outside to try it and told the man thats on duty that it feels like it is burnt and he was like it isn't and I even told him that it doesnt taste good because I know what it taste like because i've been using the same product for 6months already. but he kept on telling that he won't replace it because theres no problem. This shop use to be my favorite. It does have a large variety of vape juices, and the staff is friendly. I rated this shop 3 stars because, they are much more expensive then the local surrounding shops. Their puff bars are 20% more expensive then bee hive down the street. I just paid $40 for a 4pack of JUUL pods. The guy tells me they don't sell them at 7-11 anymore and I believed him. Just went to 7-11 and they sell the same pack for $28. If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a vape pen yesterday and it didnt work. I brought it back today and he started arguing with me saying it wasnt broken and that it was fine. If it was fine I wouldn't have taken it back. After arguing with me he went to the case to get me a new pen to exchange, he then took my broken pen put it in the other box and put it back on the shelf. He was rude and basically acted like I was stupid, he said he would only make this exchange 1 time, as if it were my fault hes selling shitty product. Never going back here again read more

Wicked Smoke Shop in Campbell has an amazing selection of glass as well as vaping equipment and supplies. Lots of space! Not crowded on the weekend too, which is great for the customer. Wicked smoke shop has a huge selection of vapes/mods and all the accessories. The place is clean and fun to look around in. The staff was very understanding and patient with explaining their products to me. I felt like I had a bunch of dumb questions and they answered them all without making me feel like an idiot. Really disappointed with this place. I bought my first vape at this store and right off the bat had issues with it, it not only leaked all the time but after a month of use the lights slowly dimmed and stopped working. The batteries barely held a charge and it eventually stopped being functional. I came in to talk to someone about it and was told to come back on a Tuesday when the manager would be there. Came back Tuesday manager not fucking there. So I had to come back today I get there and the manager just looks at the vape and pretty much tells me it's fine and there's nothing he can do. You could have at least offered like batteries to replace mine or a new coil or something. Left with nothing. Wasted $166 on this vape. Like I get it you're not the maker of the vape but you're selling it and from a customer stand point the fact that you couldn't muster up anything to help me out was complete garbage. If you don't like your job then get a different one, people want to feel like they matter when they walk into your business. Just do yourself a favor and don't bother coming here. There are much better vape shops and vape shop owners around the area. read more

He recognized me and helped me right away. Spent a bit of time trying to get it going. The shop is well set up and has a great inventory. Definitely my new vape stop. read more
