Within a few months, the sofa developed fade spots on it. I reported this to the fabric protection company, who denied my claim, saying it had to be a material defect. I reached out to Oskar Huber, and they could not help with the protection plan or with the manufacturer of the sofa. And Oskar Huber refused to take any responsibility for the sofa or provide any compensation. They basically told me that I was stuck with a fading sofa and no one was responsible. Incredibly disappointing! I will never buy another item from them again and I would urge others to beware! I had to give them 1 star to post the review, but I would give them zero stars if possible.
