    Lots of local craft brews
    Don N.

Our first night in Monmouth and we were starving as it was almost 8 pm by the time we were ready for dinner, fortunately we found a great spot to dine at Hazel's on Main. We walked in, there were only two other parties dining there on a Wednesday evening, our party of five were seated right away and provided with water and menus. On this evening the menu was slanted towards Louisiana cuisine and we took advantage as we rarely have the opportunity to enjoy cajun cuisine. The Great: Lots of great local brews and wines. My wife enjoyed a wine flight all featuring wines made in the area. I enjoyed a couple local brews that were excellent. I ordered the Jambalaya while the wife went with a Charcuterie Plate, both dishes were solid. Finished off dinner with an order of beignets for a sweet ending. The Good: Service was solid, food did take a while as they only had one person in the kitchen preparing the food. We took the opportunity to relax after a long day of travel and enjoy our libations. The Okay: Some of the items featured on the online menu was not available but our little group all found suitable menu replacements with no complaints. Overall: Great spot, fun decor, nice staff, and convenient location to our AirBnb made this a great first night in town!

Such a cute little place tucked away in little Monmouth. I absolutely loved my visit. I tried 5 wines. They were all delicious and picked out by my server because I told him to surprise me. He picked a great selection with a white, rose and a couple of reds. I had the spinach and artichoke dip which was straight up to die for. Best spinach and artichoke dip I've ever had. I didn't even have a chance to take a photo of it because we dug in so quickly and kept digging. Check this place out whenever you have a chance!

The pear martini at crush is a is to die for! The pear notes are in the smell and the aftertaste, it has a lemony kick to it as well. The sugar rim really sealed the deal. The woman working was super nice and quick to serve us. They have a great selection of signature cocktails, wine, and some beers! It's an adorable atmosphere too, it would make an amazing place to go on a date.

John and team are great! Ask him about booking a tour, he is kind and knowledgeable and introduced us to some great new favorites!!!

Wonderful selection of beer, wine and cocktails---which is great if you have a mixed party. We had the charcuterie board, fondue with sausage and bison sliders. Everything was on point and completely delicious, with an unique flavor profile, which makes you think it is a once in a lifetime experience. Can't recommend this place more--love the staff and owners!

Good apps, good vibes, good drinks, good service! You've gotta try the Purple Cowboy Cab and their artichoke dip.

We love this place! Happen to come across this after facing…read morethe worse day (tax Prep). Their food is delish! Servers are very helpful and friendly. Hubs had the half Belgian waffle bacon and egg. I wanted to try their skillet Hot Mess. Needless to say I wolfed half of my huge delicious breakfast and wanted to try my hubs waffles. And I'm sorry to say I ate most of it!! They were so light and tasted fantastic! I am a traditional waffle kinda gal but these have definitely changed me! Our server was so attentive and made sure our coffee and water was always topped off. Even tho we were full...or should I say I was, we really wanted to try their chocolate cream pie. AGAIN! Did not disappoint! This place is a must try! Found out they have their own brewery. So if you're into beer this is the place! They have a great outside seating area too!

THe seating area was great, with a roof providing shade but still allowing for fresh air. Service was very friendly and very attentive. I ordered the Bacon Cheddar burger and my companion went with the Cowboy Philly Sandwich, both with fries. The Bacon Cheddar burger was great. A thick beef patty was paired with bacon and cheddar. The sauce was a nice, creamy 1000 island. It was rich and messy. The fries were good too. The brioche bun was soft and rich; it held up nicely. The Cowboy Philly Sandwich was an interesting combination of beef brisket, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions and red peppers. The sauce was a chipotle mayonnaise. There was slaw on the side. I just had a bite, but it all tasted good and went together well. This is a solid place for a good breakfast or lunch/dinner with great service.
