Neil loves his dark beer. Dry Town was out of dark on tap but they came up with a Guiness for him! So happy. And served with a smile.

On this particular Saturday night, the wife & I strolled in around 7:45 pm. We inquired to the person behind the counter - "What time do you folks close?" He replied - " Around 8:00ish, but please feel free to take as long as you like." ...What a welcoming felling... While we were enjoying our pint of Slice of Heaven (IPA) and Yugot Serbed Porter, the gentlemen behind the counter, started to bring in the outdoor furniture and heaters inside. Another two groups of customers arrive in the meantime and the gentlemen responded with the same friendly and courteous response he gave us. As far as food is concerned, this establishment doesn't have any food in-house. There are two food carts on premises, one is of Mexican cuisine and the other is Hawaiian Comfort Foods. You're also able to bring in your own food as well as order for delivery from several menus on the counter, such as pizza from Yeasty Beasty. This is our second time we have visited this Independence Brewery and we will definitely be back soon. The excellent customer service provided blends in well with the small town charm of Independence Oregon.

Walked in expecting a normal dinner, immediately realized we had made a tactical error in the best way possible. The place was packed, loud, and had that kind of energy you can't really fake. Solid 10/10 on vibes if you're in the mood for it (and even if you're not, you adjust quickly). Despite being clearly short staffed, the service was impressively good. Not "everything is perfectly on time" good, but "everyone is working hard, communicating, and actually cares" good. They were very upfront and apologetic about the delays, which honestly went a long way. Food came out a bit slower than usual (again, not surprising given the circumstances), but overall I'd put it at a strong 8/10. Nothing overhyped, just well-executed and worth ordering again. I had the classic lager and it was meh. This is very subjective I realize but I'd rate it a 4 or 5/10. All things considered, it could have easily been a frustrating experience walking in on one of the busiest nights of the year, but it wasn't. Credit to the staff for keeping things running and keeping the tone positive. I'd come back, ideally on a slightly less festive evening, but also kind of glad I saw it at full capacity.

We were finally greeted and seated by our waiter. He was the star of the place. Super attentive, polite, professional, and patient. The ambiance here is cool. There's indoor seating and outdoor seating. The decor was nice and the place felt clean. No complaints there. The issue was the food. We ordered the hot honey wings, the grilled chicken Cobb, the gilga-burger, the guacamole bacon burger, and the campus burger. None hit the mark. When you walk into a brewery that looks this great, you kind of expect more from the food. The wings didn't have flavor. The burgers had the taste of old grease. It left us all disappointed. Overall, the ambiance was great and our waiter was awesome, but the food left a lot to be desired.

Living like 4.7 seconds away, I always felt like we needed a gathering spot, and next thing you know SOB arrived. Just stop by!!!! They have beer, football, board games, and the music is great. Food varies upon the featured food trucks. While there, friends enjoyed sharing a supreme pizza. Amidst the multiple drink options, there were only two canned non-alcoholic brews to choose from. Unfortunate as the climate of sobriety continues to gain popularity. The featured musician was outstanding, but I think the lack of acoustic sound proofing, mood lighting, and loud talkers distracted from his performance. There should be some sort of separation of those there to enjoy the music and others there to visit out of respect for the performer. Additionally, the poster misspelled his name and had no address (I ended up at another location). Small but notable gaffes.

I ordered the vegan pizza and salad, and both were seriously good -- fresh, flavorful, and actually satisfying. As a vegan, sometimes ordering out feels like negotiating with a menu, but Beachcrest delivered real options that didn't feel like an afterthought. The service was also super fast and genuinely friendly. Everyone was welcoming, the food came out quickly, and the whole place had an easygoing, good-energy vibe. The restaurant itself was really clean too, which always makes a difference. Honestly, if a place can make me excited about both salad and pizza while also getting me fed quickly and kindly, I'm probably becoming a regular.
