Meineke in Eatontown was my second stop, after a Firestone in West Long Branch tried to sell me on a $170 new tire. Firestone insisted that I had tire rot, but could not reconcile that diagnosis with the fact that he could not find a leak. Tanner, at Meineke, was honest, knowledgeable and efficient. He could not find a leak in the tire, but did not try to sell me on anything. When I asked, he suggested a bead seal in case the leak was around the rim and not showing up when the tire was submerged in water. The cost of the bead seal was modest and in my view good insurance ahead of a four-hour drive on Christmas Eve. The tire survived the drive and has not gone flat since. My home mechanic thinks that the valve might have remained open after I inflated the tire (which I did on the day before the drive), but then reset after I re-inflated the tire after discovering the flat. I really appreciate Meineke's excellent service when I was in a bad spot. Thanks especially to Tanner for being so kind and not taking advantage of someone trying to get home for Christmas.

I wish I found these guys 20 years ago, I've owned nine Mercedes-BENZ and a Range Rover I know that I would've saved a lot of money because they are very honest.

They provided us with very thorough service records and a carfax. Dave also made sure that he oversupplied us with paperwork so that we wouldn't have any issues with the DMV in Mass upon our return. Expected getting the MOKE as requested-new paint, seats and steering wheel and They did nothing that I asked for knowing I paid in full upfront. They tried to leave the ugly mess with me,a day before I landed in the hospital 10/3/25, they never finished working on the MOKE, wouldn't allow return, never took it to properly paint and or install the seats, driver handle or paint and they wouldn't give money back.
