Waited a number of weeks and was only able to talk to the contractors assistant to ask for an ETA on the proposal. No ETA was provided and the contractor never called me to discuss anything after our original meeting. Truthfully I have no problems if a company is not interested and would rather not take on a potential project. My problem with this particular contractor is their communication was sub par at best. If they were not interested they should have said this was the case and not have me follow up for several weeks after our meeting. Cannot really comment on value or quality as we never made it that far but providing a proposal in a timely manner with good communication is an important first step that never happened. Trying to be fair here but they really need to improve in this area.

I needed a new shower for the house my wife & I had just purchased, and Ari and his team showed up and completed the job in a record amount of time! Not only that, but Ari allowed me the opportunity to select & purchase my OWN supplies for the job, in order to remain transparent and prove that he was not charging me extra for the supplies I had gotten 100% from Home Depot myself. While Ari was working on my shower, he had sent me pictures of the progress of the shower (every step of the way) directly to my phone, and had suggested (only if I wanted) to add a ceiling shower overhead light (again that I selected & bought myself at Home Depot), since none was there previously. What an excellent suggestion because the shower tiling looks gorgeous lit up with the overhead light Ari had installed! :) Besides these amazing methods so far, he also had told me that there were a few boxes of shower tiling that he did not need, and that I had two options: 1) Return the unused boxes and get a full refund, or 2) Hang onto the boxes, and at a later time (when we were ready and could afford it) use the same exact tiling to redo our bathtub directly next to the shower (since styles frequently expire and are no longer remade by companies) so that the two tiling jobs match one another perfectly! What an excellent suggestion!! Ari & his team are world-class, and I would highly, hands-down, recommend them as the absolute best service that South Florida has to offer....trust me, you will not be disappointed utilizing his services!! He always showed up on time or informed me of schedule changes. I never sensed he wanted to up charge me or give me excuses. He removed 3 rooms of laminate wood and replaced it with marble. He was recommended by a close friend, and I was about to start a whole 2 bdr / 2 bath apartment renovation, and was pretty tense to do it on my own (without a General Contractor). I took a chance, and my gut feeling wanted to hire Antonio to do most of the work. I only had to hire a plumber, and an electrician as well, and pull all of the permits myself (since I've requested an "owner builder" permit) I'm extremely happy with the work that Antonio, and his team did. He completely renovated my apartment. From the entire kitchen, one entire bathroom (from a tub to a walk in shower with a frameless glass door, brand new floors, tiled walls, toilet and custom made cabinets), the other bathroom, he changed the cabinets, toilet, and added a frameless shower doors to the existing tub. In addition, he plastered and painted every single wall, ceiling, and doors of the apartment. Together, we've designed all of the cabinets, which he installed, in addition to the closet doors. As I was wanting more things to be done, he was very dedicated and creative; for example, I've decided to add a wine cooler, and new cabinets, with floating shelves above. He made it happen with the best attitude. I've spent 7 weeks overseeing the work, and arranging the various inspections. I was at the job every single day, and working with Antonio was great. It was my first time doing something this big, and he made the experience very pleasant. As a single woman, I was very anxious to endeavor on this project, since it was going to be my new home. Antonio is very professional, his price were very compatible, he communicated very well, he is very honest, his attention to detail is better than mine, he worked in a timely manner, and above all, he is a pleasure to work with.
