The whole thing was done in an hour, much quicker than the book labor rate. The car was left running for another 30-40 mins to let the sealant cured. Boss didn't explain that. He just said it was not ready. Boss is super busy running in & out, inspect incoming vehicles, talking to customers in person, follow up on repairs by the team, ordering parts and answering messages and inquiries, doing cashiering, writing receipts. I can see why he can't do all that all the time but he is pretty close to Mr. Do it all. Most people would be overwhelmed in his shoes, but he is pretty calm the whole time.
