They truly came to our rescue; while my kids and I were on vacation the bracket for our sunroof had broken, and although the dealership identified the issue, they couldn't complete the repair before we had to make the eight-hour drive home and right as severe thunderstorms were expected along our route. We were referred here, and even though they knew the repair ultimately had to be completed by the dealership, they didn't turn us away. Instead, they carefully inspected the sunroof, explained exactly what had failed, and then went above and beyond by using a strong adhesive plastic to securely seal the sunroof so we could make the drive home safely. Their customer service was exceptional. They had no obligation to help us, yet they took the time to ensure that we could get home safely. That level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine care is something you don't see every day. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend this company to anyone.
