I LOVE Inez! She is the sweetest person ever! Inez happens to be the owner of Hair Concepts. Her specialty is facials and her daughter's specialty is Balayage/Hair color. I found Inez through Groupon. The price on Groupon ranges between $22-$29 for a Microdermabrasion or Deep Cleaning Facial. Walking in, I thought I would need microdermabrasion for my acne scars, but she recommended Deep Cleaning Facial instead to completely get rid of acne. During the facial, she educates you on what type of skin you have and how to take care of it. I listened to her advice and tips on clearing out my skin, and I've actually noticed a difference! (Murad Spot Treatment for Acne works miracles) I have been fighting adult acne for about 2 years now, and it is finally clearing up!! I only have a couple more bumps on my face and acne scarring, but that's it. As a former business owner, customer retention is important. When she told me that I wouldn't need to see her again (because my skin is clearing up), I knew she was an honest business owner. And that's what I liked most about her. From now on, I'll only visit when I have hormonal breakouts so she can deep clean my pores. The ambiance of the Salon is cute and chic. It seems other people are learning about this salon because it can get busy so make sure you book appointments ahead of time. Walk-ins are still welcome though. Take a look at the services tab on their Yelp page as this smallish salon provides a multitude of choices to pamper or general upkeep your image. Both the owner and her daughter as friendly and cheerful. While I was sitting getting my hair colored by Rachel, I observed them walking around the salon to make sure everything was clean and organized. There is a bathroom and small boutique clothing selection. Also, there is champagne and other snacks and drinks to keep you occupied during a long appointment. Tip: if you have a long appointment go to "Farmer's market" next door to get some eats while your hair is getting done. read more

After I tried to call a couple times & left a voice mail, Inez finally returned my phone call and reached out to me. I was able to make an appointment on the same day in the afternoon at 3pm. She asked me couple questions & gave me a quick consultation before coming in. I showed up for my appointment 10 mins earlier, checked in, filled out a form and she came out with another patient and greeted me right away. I walked into a very nice, dimmed light room, put on a robe and started my facial right away. Inez was VERY knowledgeable about my skin type & what's happening with it. Her facial were so gentle, delicate & with the relaxing music, I literally fell asleep for a while . Also left a review on Groupon which she tried to say my appointment was at 11 and that my Groupon was expired. Two complete lies. I would never try to use an expired Groupon. What kind of an owner tries to lie to make themselves look better. Completely petty. The facial was approximately 25 min which I wasn't aware of nor does she disclose at any point. The aesthetics there are amazing and I love how the whole place looks and the vibes it gave off.. I went to get a facial by (Inez) and I loved it. A true hidden gem!! I discovered this place on Groupon and I was a little worried (since most places don't tend to treat grouponers the best) but the second i walked in my fears were completely quelled! First off the owner is beautiful, nice, and professional. She does all the facial stuff and she looks spectacular so you know it works! Second off the salon was remodeled about 6 months ago and you can tell she put her heart and soul into this place. She achieved that perfect mix of class and glam. She was genius in separating the hair and nail sections. This salon is the opposite of chaos. There is only one pedicure stations and 2 nail stations so i would definitely recommend an appointment if your not coming on a Monday. They are extremely sanitary, going so far as to give us our nail supplies they used on us, so you know they'll never be reused! (They won't give you all of the stuff that can be sanitized though, I'm talking about buffing pad and filer and stuff) haha. Anyways they pre soak their pedicure water in oranges and limes which is amazing and I have never encountered before, even in top salons in New York and Hawaii. The care she has put into doing my nails is something you don't encounter very often especially when I told her about the Groupon, that still didn't deter her. She has treated me with the same care And respect as a full paying customer. That is true customer service. And lastly their music selection is freaking Awesome! When I first came into the salon I had choppy step like layers on my hair and the balayage a previous stylist did to me was super brassy. Ashley completely transform my hair into flawless layers and the color we went for gave me such confidence, something that I didn't have leaving the previous salon. She really takes the time to analyze your hair and is always suggesting ways to keep the brassy tones out and recommended a wonderful shampoo and conditioner that has helped tremendously. PLUS, her schedule is really flexible and she's always a happy face to see in the salon. The salon overall is so clean and the owner is very nice! I bought a set of 3 facials from Groupon because of the raving reviews and I was not disappointed! Inez was very professional and knowledgable. She does a skin assessment and makes individualized recommendations based on what she sees and the concerns you bring up. She recommended microdermabrasion for me because I was worried about my hyperpigmentation. I can't say I notice a huge difference immediately after, but I think that's hard to say for any facial as it takes time for change. I definitely felt relaxed and rejuvenated and that's all I can really ask for in a few sessions! I ended up bringing in my brother for my last Groupon and he had some extractions done. While waiting, they offer coffee and tea. I had a hot chocolate and it was awesome! Things to note: - appointments can be made same day - Groupon has great deals for facials - be ready to avoid sun for the rest of the day Things I learned: - you can get microdermabrasion or facials in general pretty often! - they are especially beneficial in wintertime because of dry skin. She is so helpful and informative about what your skin truly needs and I really appreciated her taking the time to vocalize my skin analysis. I Purchased a Groupon for a series of 3 facials with Inez. The salon is really cute, trendy and clean. Inez was great and had good recommendations on my skin and how to better take care of it. I ended up doing two deep cleaning facials and my last was the microdermabrasion. All were done well and my face feels good. Each facial lasted about 30 minutes. They are basic, and quick but effective. However, if I didn't do them in a series of 3 I don't think I would've noticed much of a difference. The microdermabrasion they use is much lighter than I've experienced in the past but for maintenance it's great. The service is good for the price that you pay. read more
