In the past great service especially from Hans. What a joke now. Derek is the worst as are the techs calling you. They made extra whole in one our room to add air has done Nothing! Tried to get them out... tech just called starts rambling doesn't introduce himself or what company. ( goes more deep then this review) so call the office Derek says we listen to all the calls and we just don't need the business and hangs up like a child. When a customer asks for professionalism and you can't take it that's sad. I've paid these guys for something and they got the money and will not backup there work. Be aware of them!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Lower than 0 stars. Tech came out, disassembled the ice maker, then left. No idea if he was ever coming back. Over the next 5 days, I called the co multiple times to arrange new tech. Hung up on. By far, the worst repairman experience ever. read more

This company was recommended to me via a trusted custom home builder in the area. I was very happy that they came within 30 mins of my call, late on a Friday afternoon. The gentleman named Brian was courteous, masked, and solved my problem very satisfactorily. The fact that it turned into a Friday evening call was not a problem for this company and I was not charged additional for that. My heat had gone out and they diligently worked to figure out the problem and got my heat going. read more

I tried to give this man ample time to respond to my messages and calls before I wrote this review, he's out with a hip replacement and his son is running his service calls, but he obviously has no idea what he's doing on a RUUD system and doesn't have the ability to think things through. What should have been a simple thermostat install, turned into them leaving my outside unit exposed, the fan continually running and no heat over the weekend. The helper, not the son, he stayed in the van, did end up bringing back my credit card information and explaining to me that they did not work on these units which they should've told me in the first place, because I would've put the thermostat back on myself the way it was and waited for my brother to make it down here after Thanksgiving to be wired for emergency heat. All I can say is thank God I have brothers that are qualified AC mechanics. Unfortunately it cost my brother Kosta a 4hr round-trip drive, 2 1/2hrs to straighten out this mess for $30 part, oh and he was able to install the thermostat properly so now I have emergency heat... if my brother had not had come down here, I'm not exactly sure how much money I would've been out, this also cost me $100.00 outcall Friday because I had to wait for them to return to try to figure out how to turn the fan off, which they could not do because they blew the relay board, and put the cover back on my outside unit. And as far as the son saying that he wasn't sure what was working because the thermostat was already off, you had it running heat, cold, and fan on and off before you went back in the attic to try and connect the emergency heat... not only that, if it was something major, I would have had my bother come down in the first place, they are the only ones I trust and this is why. read more

We called HD appliance On January 5th 2019 To ask for a repair for our Samsung Washer, as we know that not all appliance repair companies work on Sansung They sent out a repair person, they knew we had a Samsung Washer and what make and model. He on arrived Jan 8 approximately, and took the machine apart, looking at the insides and said that there were two motherboards that were burned out. He was on the phone for a long time talkin to someone on the phone which he said was about ordering the parts. I received notice that H D Appliance had sent their $60. charge thru on Jan 9th for the referal. When he left, he said he needed a check for $447 to order the Mother Boards and they would be in by Jan 10th. He said he was out of receipts but that he would bring me a reciept on the 10th. He did not come, he did not call, he did not answer his phone, then i began thinking he was a scam artist. I checked with my bank and i had mistakenly given him a check from a closed account, and he had submitted it twice, costing my $37:50 each time, so i put a stop pmt on the check, costing another $37;50. I finally got ahold of the technician and he said he would be over a couple of days later and didn't come, he played my along for about 2 weeks and never came, despite his promises. I finally, after 3 weeks with no washer, called another company who found a quarter in the outlet drain from the washer and fixed it and were on their way in no time. They checked the mother boards and said they were just fine. So, i called HD and talked to Shane to explain the situation, hoping for a refund for their "referral" of a scam artist and to let them know not to use that person. Shane was unbelievably rude, talking over me, not allowing me to say anything, and then refusing to even talk to me at the end. If a company charges you to send out a repairperson, even if the person has their own company, it is a reasonable expectation that the refering company would have at least screened the company, and not charge the unsuspecting consumer a scam artist. HD Appliance's Shane was so insulting to me as i was trying to be heard and so protective of the technician that they sent out, that i wonder what the relationship is between them? There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of professionalism, lack of protection of the unsuspecting consumer, and I have never been treated so badly by a business representative. Shane hung up on me. WARNING, DO NOT USE HD APPLIANCE, IT IS A SCAM !!!!!! i WOULD NOT GIVE THEM EVEN ONE STAR! read more
