This was the result of material fatigue, the bike's age and not the Service Mechanic. Anyway I searched and searched for a new replacement cover but was unsuccessful. Eventually I spoke to the Indian Manager and co-owner, I believe (Jeff) I asked if they could help me locate the part I needed. Talk about "above and beyond service." Jeff not only obtained the exact part I needed, he gave me the replacement part, free of charge. I've never experienced this before with any dealer. I highly recommend Fort Collins Motorsports and won't take my bike to anyone else. This is my fifth motorcycle so I've had a lot of experience with Dealerships and maintenance issues. While I've taken excellent care of the bike, things happen. I honestly can't express how grateful I am for the assistance and excellent customer service that was provided.
