Beyond that, they promised to take us through the new vehicle upon drop off but the transport guy said he'd never dropped one of these off and practically tore open the hood looking for the battery I later found out was behind the seats. They lied to us that they did the first major service and not until we asked for an owner's manual and proof they did the service that they sent the transport guy back out to get it to actually perform this service(fingers crossed) then redeliver it to us - this time with a manual so we could teach ourselves about the ATV they sold us. Can't recommend these guys to make your investment with.
