    The store may not be big but the web site has a huge selection and you can ship it to the store for review and return any thing there. easy

    I bought a 2024 Harley Davidson Street Bob on 09/2024 and love the bike , the Stealership not so…read moremuch , I have been a loyal customer since 09/2019 and next time I am looking to upgrade I will most definitely find a different dealer even if I have to travel farther from Lakewood. Very dissatisfied with Avalanche Harley Davidson . (If I could give "zero " stars I would . My real name is Lewis Lucero Updated: Today is Friday 07/10/2026 and I would like to give negative "zero" stars. This review is probably worse than the last review. On 06/19/2026 I misplaced my key fob and fork lock at my job and ordered new keys and fob which cost $176 (reasonable price) . I almost walked out the door realizing the parts clerk told me my keys should arrive to the dealership within 2 weeks . I thought $46 was kind of inexpensive , so I went back in and said wait a minute, my bike uses a fob not a standard key.so the order had to be cancelled and reordered. I didn't get the gentleman's name that entered this order . 2 weeks went by and I called and asked have my keys arrived ? As I made arrangements for my job to keep an eye on my motorcycle while stuck in there parking lot . I was transferred to Bret the parts manager who pretty much solidified my reason for giving this negative review. I told Bret that his staff told me it would be 2 weeks (not 15 business days) for my key to arrive and I also mentioned that my VIP book was stolen from my truck and I am a VIP and I told him his staff told me I was "out of luck, sorry" . Bret preceding to tell me there is no way his staff would tell me the keys would arrive in 2 weeks after I told him to please reeducate them so they do not tell a different customer they encounter this misinformation. I think he realized he was being rude and changed his tone and told me "we just want to make it right " and if we have to pick your bike up and bring it to the shop we can do that. I told him my job is giving me until Monday 07/13 and as long as I have them by then we should be good. as of today Friday 07/10 Bret changed his tone when I asked him if he can still get my bike picked up and brought to the dealership so I can get it out of my job's parking lot . He proceeded to tell me "we don't do that " but I can give you a number for a tow company that handles that for us . ( I thought "why the hell do I pay for VIP ). it is the 15th business day and I expected my keys to be delivered to the dealership. I never received a callback as promised so I drove 7 miles to Avalanche Harley Davidson and went to the parts department and was given the key fob and was told we are still waiting for the fork lock key ( that's the one I need the most ‍) Bret said in a condescending voice "we don't control when the keys come in) and then proceeded to tell me the order wasn't processed until Tuesday 06/23 and my 15 business days didn't start till then. I understand Friday 06/19 was a holiday, but why wait until Tuesday 6/23 when it could've been processed on Monday 06/22. I had to call my job and beg them to give me the rest of the week due to Bret and his team's negligence. Bret then directed me to the business office and I did get a new VIP coupon book and I did tell the manager "take the free shirt coupon out as I would be embarrassed to wear a shirt that has Avalanche Harley Davidson on it. I don't want to be a walking advertisement for a company I feel are nothing but thieves.the free shirt I received upon buying my 2024 streetbob sits in a drawer never worn and probably never will be worn. I have been a loyal customer since 2020 when I purchased my brand new sportster , I even paid over $600 for them to swap the mini apes for the 48 style bars. Now to find out I overpaid for that service and probably could have done it myself. Please let me know if I can legally go to a different Harley Davidson dealership to get my remaining warranty services done as I have lost all trust in Avalanche Harley Davidson. This is the 3rd shop I stopped in to check out the bike I was looking at and the only shop that actually took time to talk about the bike, the gear that I need, etc. Don (sales), Byron (parts/apparel) were standouts, but everyone else there seems to enjoy what they do enough to be friendly.

We left with a last-years-model CFMOTO - a brand we'd never heard of for a seemingly handsome discount. That was great. What wasn't great was the lack of attention the sales staff gave to critical details of our investment. We definitely felt the turn and burn of sales handing us off to the people who actually knew these details but we didn't find any of this out til after they'd ran our credit and were deep into the paperwork. Beyond that, they promised to take us through the new vehicle upon drop off but the transport guy said he'd never dropped one of these off and practically tore open the hood looking for the battery I later found out was behind the seats. They lied to us that they did the first major service and not until we asked for an owner's manual and proof they did the service that they sent the transport guy back out to get it to actually perform this service(fingers crossed) then redeliver it to us - this time with a manual so we could teach ourselves about the ATV they sold us. Can't recommend these guys to make your investment with.
