Brought my 2022 Ducati Streetfighter V4 here for service after purchasing private party. I came in and had an annual service, and my suspension calibrated for me. Aces had me come in and sit on the bike, to ensure that the calibration was perfect for my body and weight. Unprompted from me, they offered to deliver my bike to my icy driveway, while I was away at work after my service was completed. I opened my garage door remotely and didn't even have to leave the office! I'm super happy with the level of service I received from the parts and service team at Aces. They did quote me $350 for the annual service, and after parts charged $450 for that service. after the incredible level of service, I could not complain about that. read more

I purchased a 2021 Ducati 950S Supersport from Steve...he was awesome!! However, 3 wks later I called into, and came into the Service Department to get assistance/advice because I upgraded the exhause system. I was told the best Ducati expert was Eric, I think, he is the service manager, a heavy set hispanic looking man. He was HORRIBLE!! I had heard the service wasn't great from Ace's in FoCo, but wanted to see for myself. Getting info was like pulling teeth. Finally, from advice from Imperial Motorsports in Denver (son got his Aprilia there), I took my bike to Boulder Motorsports to get it Dyno'd to fix my issue. Even when I asked "Eric" about Up-Map, he was rude and had to look it up himself, I knew more about Up-Map than he did. Will never take my Ducati to Aces for mechanical work, worth it for me to go to Boulder Motorsports...Brian the owner was awesome, accomodating, and dialed in my Ducati. I was stuck paying for a bike I couldn't even do anything with. Years later I thought I'd I try their service, as I was in a pinch. Dropped my bike off for an oil change and brakes, came to pick it up and it ran horribly, misfired, rev'd high and they immediately got defensive and dismissive when I tried addressing it. Once I got my 2016 CBR1000 with 5k miles on it home I realized it had been dropped as underneath the bike was scratched badly (I didn't expect this from such a high level dealership/ the best/nicest in CO if you ask me...) Absolutely the best in customer service that I ever experienced! From the Owner Kurt to Zach at the service department I only had the best treatment ever. I took my Moto Guzzi there for service and Kurt and his team made me feel like at home. Bryan one of the salesmen was visiting with me while I was waiting and he was friendly, knowledgeable and super nice! I visited ACES Motorcycles in Littleton, Colorado after seeing that they had a dirtbike I wanted in stock. Even though Dave, the sales manager, was busy with another customer, he still greeted me and let me know that he would be with me after finishing with the current customer. Dave ensured that I got the bike I wanted at a price that was fair to me and the shop. After we shook on the deal, the finance manager, Cole, had me out the door in under 20 minutes with my new bike. So I purchased a 2014 Victory Cross Country from them a couple weeks ago. I bought it remotely because I live in California and I was told the bike was inspected by their service department and was good to go. The sale went smoothly for the most part and I was pretty happy with my purchase. Well here is where it went south, the bike just arrived today from the shipping company and I took it out for a test ride and when making sweeping turns the bike is all over place with the rear of the bike being very squirrely. I got home and inspected the tires and found both tires need to be replaced but the back tire is BALD and completely unsafe to ride on. In California it is illegal for a dealer to sell a vehicle/motorcycle with bald tires on them. I'm not sure what Colorado laws are but as a motorcycle dealer they should put the safety of customers and riders first!! These tires are dangerous and I will be evaluating what my legal options are and if there is a State agency I can register a complaint with. It is criminal to sell a motorcycle with tires this bad and frankly they should be embarrassed. I would never recommend anyone buy a bike from this establishment! read more

Traded in my 2007 Yamaha warrior for a 2013 Yamaha tenere. This is probably my 30th motorcycle purchase and only second time ever dealing with a dealership as I am generally dissatisfied with the prices and feel I can do better through private party. I was greeted by Brad Wiley. I informed him that I wanted to trade in my motorcycle for his bike. I informed him of what I expected for trade-in and what I wanted to pay for a new bike. Within 10 minutes brad had an offer that I considered very fair. Brad encourage me to take the motorcycle for another ride just to make sure that it was exactly what I was looking for. I did and the bike ran perfect. We completed the deal and the and transaction was finished at exactly the price point we had agreed on. After completion of the deal Brad had his mechanic go over the bike for a final inspection. There was no record of an oil change being done on the bike and although the fluids looked ok Brad had his mechanic do a full oil service including oil and differential fluid. ( All of this after the the deal was completely finished, and done at his discretion. ) I could not be more satisfied with the deal, the service, or my new motorcycle. 9/26/2017 read more

These guys are great to work with. My buddy picked up a Triumph Street Triple RS. We walked in and out with the bike in an hour or so. They are primarily a used motorcycle shop. Looks like they ended up with the inventory from the Italian Motorcycle shop that shut down in Fort Collins. Steve Smith was great to work with. Sold me a bike that broke down in under one month barely riding it. Spent $2k just so we could get rid of it and won't buy it back

I went to ACES Motorcycles on S College last summer and bought my 14' Triumph Tiger for ~$9000. I went back to ACES Feb 22nd to make a deal to sell them my bike back for $5,800. On March 3rd my lender released the title to ACES meaning I expected the remainder of the $5,800 shortly after. Well fast forward a three and a half weeks to today and I am trying to balance my checkbook and accounts to realize that I have not gotten that money - nor I have not been contacted at all by ACES regarding that money. I called ACES and it took a few back and forth calls for them to even see they had the title in hand. I let them know I will be there within a few hours to get a check. When I got there, I was given many different excuses by different people. When I ask where my bike was, they said they sold it already! Without paying for it! When leaving, I let the guy who I made the deal with (Kurt) that I was not happy at all about this whole situation and all he managed to say was "oh" before walking away while dragging his hand on my freshly detailed car. I feel that if I did not notice, I would never see that money. In conclusion, do not sell something that you have not paid for yet! read more

I am surprised to find a large number of used motorcycles available at Aces. One in particular that transported me here ... in a way. Like with anything "nearly new" be resourceful before going friends. Don't become a sucker just because you look like one - to a dealer. Take special note their prices seem to fluctuate depending on where you look; whether that's at the physical shop, their ebay page or their crags-list ads. The place is nice enough, however I have to query it's relationship to other specific "family owned and operated powersports" dealerships. Oh and that covert affiliation makes me a bit anxious and apprehensive in dealing with them. read more

Buyer beware. I bought a 2015 Road Glide from them in June 2018. I asked the finance guy if anything had been done regarding any service to the bike. He told me they checked the oil and it looked good so the put it on the floor. The bike only had 2500 miles on it. I purchased the extended warranty on the bike. While I owned it I had two repairs to the bike filed under the warranty. The button that changes the odometer to trip miles, and part of the shift linkage was broken. When I traded that bike off in Aug 2019 I sent Aces the form to get the balance of my money paid for the warranty back. After a few phone calls and emails they told me I'd have my full refund sent after October 10th. As of October 19th I still hadn't heard anything. When I called they claimed to have been trying to get a hold of me to verify my address. I happened to be in Fort Collins so I went to get my check. The check was for half of the remaining balance on the tire and wheel warranty. Nothing on the motor warranty. The guy said it was his fault he didn't file the paperwork correctly and he would send the new check out the following Monday. Another week passes and still no check. So I called and talked to the guy, and he tells me that since I filed claims against the warranty there would be no refund. This was never stated to me when I purchased the warranty. And I didn't find anything in the fine print that stated something like this was a possibility. ACES is a shady and uses dishonest used car salesmen tactics. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from this place. Nor would i recommend any buy a warranty from EFG companies. read more

My husband went to ACES to get an estimate for his 1996 Harley Softtail Springer, for repairs . He had been to 2 other local independent shops. Everyone was very close in cost and length of time for the needed repairs. After reviewing everyones reviews, and talking with friends he ended up using ACES . Hubby picked up his motorcycle yesterday. Weather was nice yesterday and today, so he rode both days. ACES did the repairs under budget, and it's running great. I purchased a motorcycle from Aces back in 2015. The bike has been great and with out issues. However, when I purchased the bike it took a while to get the title. When i finally got the title it was incorrect and DMV rejected it. Not sure what happened, but the owner of Aces felt badly and took care of the temporary plates until the title got fixed. Also, it was taking a while to get a reissued title so the owner gave me brand new front and rear adventure tires and free oil change.. and a pretty nice goodwill check. I'm not happy with the situation, but the way the owner stepped up was outstanding in my opinion. If these guys ever have another bike that i am interested in... i will not hesitate to go back there. read more

It's rare to come across a quality, honest shop. Luckily, this is one of them. I've been through many shops over the years and Aces is top notch. Mark was very friendly and welcoming. His prices are extremely fair, unlike a shop I won't name off of Prospect and I/25 - roughly $160 for a tire (instead of $220) and labor was much more reasonable. He only replaced what was necessary and even showed me the old, worn parts (brake pads) afterwards. I'll be taking my bike here for as long as I'm in Fort Collins. read more

We went to sell our bike here after having no luck on Craiglist thinking we would at least get a good offer after hearing all the hype about their incredible offers and friendly sales staff. All of that was wrong. It took us forever to actually have someone look at the bike before they made an offer because I guess there are only two people that can make offers/buy bikes and they weren't showing up to work as expected. After they made their first offer of 500 we countered because the bike is worth more than that. They came back with 400. We were mad but had no other choice because we were moving out of state and had to sell ASAP. So we took their offer. After going in to finalize everything, while taking a couple hours off work to get it done, everything was fine and we were about out the door with our check for 400 when the owner comes in and says they would only give us 300 for the bike and that's final. We were so livid but what choice did we have. We had to get rid of the bike. So we are out about 1000 from what the bike is worth. They royally screwed us over. I would never do business with them again. Completely unprofessional and arrogant. If you want to be screwed over and out money you deserve, go ahead and try to sell to them. read more

Extremely rude staff. I went in for a simple service, mount newly purchased tires. After having to wait a very long time for the staff to acknowledge me, even though there was only one other customer in the shop and from what I saw 5 to 6 staff. I wouldn't say they were busy as all the front of the house staff were busy telling stories that were not appropriate even for a motorcycle shop. My intuition told me to ask for the price of mounting and balancing of my purchased tires on the rims. I was shocked when I was told a price 4 times what I had been quoted from other places. when I mentioned this fact to ACES service employee, he responded back "you should leave and take your tires there", which is exactly what I did. I got the tires installed and balanced for less than 1/4 of what ACE tried to have me spend. Terrible shop, terrible employees and terrible business practices. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. read more
