I came to this business for a new Ducatti and I was not disappointed! Dylan and Jason helped me get this sweet ride and they were super friendly! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a new ride.

They were very helpful. I went with a different mechanic but they were one of the only shops to say yes to a vespa

We have not been here before, having used a smaller place in Boulder for decades that had closed at the retirement of the wonderful owner. So then, a bit of an adjustment to a bigger place in Boulder that has also now closed. So out we went to Longmont after making arrangements by phone. It was minor service but it needed to be done. Once we straightened out who we actually were when we arrived and set up the parts needed, we could be flexible about it not getting done in one day as originally promised. They were a bit behind on work to be done ahead of us and had not told us to pay in advance for the parts needed to be set up. The bike was ready by midday the next day which is an easier pick up time for us anyway than late in the day at closing. Since it's a half hour ride to Longmont on the very busy Diagonal Highway, depending on direction and time of day, we need to plan it. I understand from staff that if this old bike ever needs work when it is not operational, they can pick it up for a fee. The price seemed fair for that service as well as the work done on this visit and everyone was polite, with a smile and the bike is now running well. In the future we will be sure to have confirmation on what, if anything, needs to be paid for in advance. That was not something we thought to ask about as our previous service facilities for the last 30 years had never asked for this arrangement.

I personally can't say I share their enthusiasm, but we continue to come because they enjoy it. That said, I honestly don't understand the recent price increase when the overall experience and facilities haven't improved. For one bike for a 10-year-old, we paid $30, which feels pretty steep for what you actually get. The track itself may be enjoyable for the kids, although I personally think the tracks could be better, especially compared to others throughout the state. Either way, the amenities and overall experience for spectators simply don't justify the increased cost. There are extremely limited shaded areas for parents and spectators. There's basically one small area with shade in a large, wide-open space where most people are sitting in direct sun. More shaded seating would make a huge difference. And the bathrooms are a major issue. The porta-potties are consistently disgusting, there wasn't even toilet paper available for the women. That is a pretty basic amenity to expect at a facility that is charging admission. I also honestly don't remember seeing a trash can anywhere, which makes the lack of cleanliness even more frustrating. I could understand an increase in price if there had been meaningful improvements to the facility. For example, there is plenty of room for at least a couple of pavilions since the tracks are spread out, or even just some additional benches and shaded seating. Cleaner, properly stocked bathrooms, additional porta-potties, and adequate trash cans would also go a long way toward improving the experience. But as far as we can tell, literally nothing has changed. And this isn't a complaint from someone who showed up once and had a bad experience. We've been coming here for years, and I actually left a review two years ago with the exact same complaints about the dirty and unstocked porta-potties. Two years later, we're still dealing with the same issues. The kids want to continue coming, but if you're going to increase the price, then the quality of the amenities and overall experience needs to increase as well. At $30 for one kid to ride one bike, I just don't feel the cost reflects what you're getting. Hopefully some of that additional revenue can actually go toward improving the facilities and making IMI a better experience, not just for the riders, but for the parents and spectators who spend their time and money there too.

What a truly disheartening experience. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment…read moreto anyone. I left feeling utterly shocked and defeated. My intention was simple: to purchase two machines for my family. Initially, a friendly sales representative greeted me, radiating warmth and professionalism. However, this pleasant encounter was abruptly overshadowed by the aggressive interruption of a potential manager whose demeanor was anything but welcoming. In that moment, I felt as if I were being treated like a criminal, simply for inquiring about the price of a machine. Yes, I am a woman who entered this business alone, and it seemed this old man believed I lacked the intelligence to handle the information I sought. To my disbelief, I was even accused of being a secret shopper, a baseless assumption that left me reeling. I thought we had moved past gender bias, but clearly, at this dealership, it remains an unfortunate reality. My plans for investing 40K elsewhere are firm; I will seek out a dealership that respects and values female customers. As I walked out, I confronted the manager, letting him know they would not see a single cent of my money. His casual wave and nonchalant goodbye were astonishing; it was as if my words carried no weight. I am not a radical feminist searching for bias in every interaction. Far from it, I am an independent woman who thrives on outdoor sports and family activities. The fact that I could not even receive a straightforward price for a machine displayed for sale is indicative of a deeply flawed business model. After leaving, I logged onto their website, where the prices were clearly displayed for all to see. Yet, when I sought to make a purchase, I was met with hostility instead of assistance. This treatment is not only unacceptable but downright appalling. If you are an independent, proud woman who does not need a man to make your purchases, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this business. And if you are a dignified man who values respect for your spouse, I also urge you to think twice before engaging with this establishment. BIG MISTAKE- headed to another dealership to buy my summer fun machines.

Toby genuinely cares about his customers as evidenced by my experience last week. First, Rocky Mountain Snow MX built me a goddamn rocket ship (Ferrari) Yeti snowbike last year 2018 and I have ridden it every snow-based weekend since. (The machine he built me is flawless and powerful and runs like a top .....#pureadrenaline) Last week I had a freak incident where I hit a buried gate / fence post and "stabbed a track". To be honest it looked like I was going to have to hike out 5 miles. My bike track looked FUBAR. - I had minimal cell phone coverage but I tried to call Toby from up high on the mountain and miraculously he picked up and proceeded to walk me through what I needed to do in = the field in order to limp my bike back off the mountain. It worked ! Needless to say I was very relieved to get out of there. NOW here is where Toby went way beyond with authentic & legit customer support. He called me back later that afternoon to check up on me and then and told me he could meet me to pick up my bike on his way back to Denver (about a 2 hour drive) So he met me in Kremmling and put my bike in his trailer and drove my bike down the hill to his shop and then called me the very next morning and gave me the diagnosis. New track, new drivers, etc. He told me that Yeti was incredibly supportive as well to get me all the parts required to get me back riding quickly. So, to recap: got the bike picked up. AND within about 6 or 7 days Toby had me dialed back in with a UPGRADED track and drivers and got me back up on the mountain riding within the week. ! Kudos Mr. Till !! - You should be training others on how to handle Yeti customers, because you are an brilliant example of excellence. -
