Within 2 hours of my code red call to Frank because we had NO Water and no clue as to why - Andrew was here within 2 hours ( shocking because we live in a remote area of CT and rarely do folks show up on time and in some cases they don't show up at all) to quickly assess the problem, propose a resolution and provide transparent AND fair pricing. Frank and Andrew return early the next morning with all the necessary equipment and removed and replaced the broken pump and had water back up and running to our home by 3 PM that afternoon!!! This was no easy task- the well was literally in the forest, far from our home and the area around the well overgrown so access was tricky and difficult- this did not dissuade them in any way, nor did it drive the price up. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10! Thank you both so much for delivering outstanding service in our dire time of need !!!

He checked the house the pump everything. Come to find out my toilet had been running. He also found that the pump I had was not big enough and that I had tons of water left in my well but that the pump was not reaching it all. He replaced the pump with one that was fit for my system. He also checked my filters. They also did a treatment of the water. His prices were very reasonable especially for coming out on short notice. I have recently had them install a water softener. Melanie said they had some "no water" calls that morning and were running behind. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and have them call me back later with a new time frame. Melanie calls back around 12pm saying that they got more "no water" calls and all the crews were working on those calls and they had to reschedule. Okay, I get that having no water is an issue. HOWEVER, you have SCHEDULED jobs....WEEKS IN ADVANCE. If I had a reservation at a restaurant I would get in before people that just walk in. Same concept. People that call in need to wait. Plain and simple. On the other hand, if I wasn't home and the company showed up to do work, they would be pissed (as I am now). Clearly, this company places priority on bigger jobs that bring in the most money. Forget if you have a scheduled job. If something better comes along you'll be pushed aside. Customer service DOES NOT EXIST here. The company needs to better prioritize their crews (if they even care to). Have a team focused on emergencies and one focused on SCHEDULED JOBS. I urge everyone to NOT USE this company. If you feel like wasting your entire day for them to reschedule the day of your appointment, then by all means call them up. I will be finding a different company that actually SHOWS UP
