Due to a broken supply chain during this pandemic, he said he had one matching set left. He said if you want them, I will put your name on them. No money down. 2 weeks later I show up and let him know that I need those tires and a full oil service before I leave for my next trip in 4 days. He looked at me like I was crazy. He was already booked a week or more out. Next day about noon, he calls to inform me that my bike is ready to go. These guys ( Dean and Brian) really take care of their regular customers. Guys at MWarehouse took time out of their busy day to finish my balance for me and did it within the hour. Only $12 for a balance but they were nice enough to do it free of charge. I checked their work at home and the tire had a "true balance" so I can say this shop will do it the right way. They won't give tires back with a slow drift that's "good enough" like a lot of shops will. Will come back here if needed.

My particular bike needed a manual cam chain tensioner fitted for piece of mind (which is a PITA job, BTW) and a Power Commander V fitted to make up for a full Ti exhaust. Additionally I threw him a curve ball by dropping off plugs and asking for a valve adjust mid week and he still got it out early and for the agreed upon price with no surprises or gotchas.
