I just want to say, the guy who I talked to (Carter) to get a quote on a valve job and TB sync was one of the coolest guys I've talked to at a Moto shop. Not only was your guys' quote far and away reasonable as hell compared to other shops in the area, the way he talked to me was much appreciated. I like to work on my bikes as much as possible, but valves are something I unfortunately can't make time for. He treated me like I wasn't an idiot (I'm not) and didn't patronize me whatsoever. He was chill af and that goes a long way with me. That's the kinda attitude (and reasonable price lol) that makes me wanna bring my bikes to you guys forever. Thanks guys, and I'll see you Saturday to drop off my 2019 Versys 1000! Update: The job was done well, quick, and the price was phenomenal. Huge shout-out to Carter who's a rad dude! I'll be taking all my motorbikes here from now on!

Awesome place! Fixed the issue I was having!!! Such awesome and friendly service!

Hog Heaven. Pure and simple. They service. You service. In their large garage. And with a bar…read moreinside, everyone meets to show their love of the Harley Davidson. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. No matter if you show up in a Bonneville T120. I can't speak for parts and service, because, well..... But Sam and Alex serve up some mean beer on draft. Don't ask about the "mystery beer". Full bar, too. And super hot biker chicks make the place their home. Like a club, actually.

I brought my Harley in last year to upgrade the exhaust. I had to bring it back within the first…read moreweek because they had tuned it incorrectly as if the pipes had no baffles, but they did have baffles so the tuning was off. Whatever, not the biggest deal, even though they tried to charge me for the retune and I had to negotiate...but yeah, whatever. Today, however, I brought it in for a check engine code and it turns out the bolts they used to attach the pipes to the engine had fallen out and when I asked the guy how that could have happened he said "whoever installed them didn't use locktite." When I told him that they are the ones who installed them, he seemed a bit embarrassed and said he'd get me a discount. Already I was annoyed because I shouldn't have to pay at all for them to fix a shoddy job, but when we next spoke the guy tells me there will be no discount because they only have a 1 year warrantee and this job happened a couple weeks more than 1 year ago. When I said that I understand there's a policy, but this is a bit of an extreme situation where I paid them to do a job that was done incorrectly and shouldn't have to get ripped off paying again for it, the guy countered saying the job was done correctly and it turns out "locktite can melt" so there was no fault on their part. Yeah right dude, nice try, people don't get new pipes installed and then have to replace the bolts every year because the locktite melts off. If I had been offered a discount I would have at least been persuaded to let them do the work, even though I would still be unhappy, but to specifically tell me that I must pay full price is a slap in the face. After that, the guys seemed totally fine with me walking out and losing what could have been a customer for years to come, which I just cannot understand. I dunno, maybe there's something about me that makes them not want to be my mechanic? Well, never again. I am incredibly disappointed because at first they seemed really cool, but I refuse to be pushed around by people who act like it's a privilege for me to be allowed in there. Also, tip to the owner, the new guy sucks on the phone; you should try to get the girl back who at least was able to sound welcoming.
