That is what i got from them this time. I have been a customer since Chris was in the back of another bike's shop. I have spent a great deal of money, and to be dumped on the side like trash is the worst. For those who today will get service, don't plan on tomorrow, who knows, maybe they will forget how to tune anything. Clycenothing is what their name should be now. "We don't do carburetors". The trouble is, I don't need a tuneup, i have an electrical issue. Cyclecountry holds their nose to do the work, but at least they actually do the work. Shame on you Chris.

I brought my Harley in last year to upgrade the exhaust. I had to bring it back within the first…read moreweek because they had tuned it incorrectly as if the pipes had no baffles, but they did have baffles so the tuning was off. Whatever, not the biggest deal, even though they tried to charge me for the retune and I had to negotiate...but yeah, whatever. Today, however, I brought it in for a check engine code and it turns out the bolts they used to attach the pipes to the engine had fallen out and when I asked the guy how that could have happened he said "whoever installed them didn't use locktite." When I told him that they are the ones who installed them, he seemed a bit embarrassed and said he'd get me a discount. Already I was annoyed because I shouldn't have to pay at all for them to fix a shoddy job, but when we next spoke the guy tells me there will be no discount because they only have a 1 year warrantee and this job happened a couple weeks more than 1 year ago. When I said that I understand there's a policy, but this is a bit of an extreme situation where I paid them to do a job that was done incorrectly and shouldn't have to get ripped off paying again for it, the guy countered saying the job was done correctly and it turns out "locktite can melt" so there was no fault on their part. Yeah right dude, nice try, people don't get new pipes installed and then have to replace the bolts every year because the locktite melts off. If I had been offered a discount I would have at least been persuaded to let them do the work, even though I would still be unhappy, but to specifically tell me that I must pay full price is a slap in the face. After that, the guys seemed totally fine with me walking out and losing what could have been a customer for years to come, which I just cannot understand. I dunno, maybe there's something about me that makes them not want to be my mechanic? Well, never again. I am incredibly disappointed because at first they seemed really cool, but I refuse to be pushed around by people who act like it's a privilege for me to be allowed in there. Also, tip to the owner, the new guy sucks on the phone; you should try to get the girl back who at least was able to sound welcoming.

They took the time to actually listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly upfront, and never once tried to upsell me or surprise me with a bloated bill. The pricing was fair, honest, and completely transparent from start to finish. What really set them apart was how they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was going on or chase anyone down for an update -- they came to me. And when they were done? They had gone above and beyond what I originally asked for in ways I didn't even expect. The attention to detail on the bodywork was stunning. My bike looks better than I ever imagined it could. This is the kind of shop that restores your faith in people. They clearly take pride in their craft AND in how they treat their customers, and that combination is rare. Non Harley brand spark plugs were used. They took apart my carb said nothing was wrong with it so did not put it on the invoice and told me to just ride with the choke out because it was coughing ended up burning a hole in the diaphragm.... Again at this time I was very ignorant to mechanics and motorcycles now I am more informed In the end they charged me $400 for both oil change, new handlebar risers ,off brand spark plug's and a new pet kock (that they had to go get from Harley) Way overpriced!! Called 2 years later which is today to potentially get a new back tire put on my bike. I brought up the bad experience I had in the past the owner got extremely defensive called me a liar and told me not to ever call his shop again. Can't wait to see his comments on this review if you read all the reviews on this shop's yelp page it will be a good laugh and kind of disgusting on how much this shop gets away with in regards to shitty customer service..... Bought my first motorcycle ever here just a month ago. I was eyeballing there website every day…read morelike a lion stalkings it's prey.... I initially thought I would pick up a Yamaha R6 they were asking $4k for, but once I actually went to the shop and started sitting on bikes, I realized the stance was WAY to aggressive for me. That's when I saw the Triumph Street Triple 675, it was way more comfortable, looked immaculate, and only had one owner. I put a deposit down($200 for 2 weeks) THAT DAY. Exactly two weeks later I came back and paid in full for the bike. They were asking $5500, and that's what I paid. I'm 100% certain Harris would have happily taken $5000, hell, I'm pretty sure he would have taken $4800. But I was FEVERISH to make the bike mine. Anyways .... The day I went to pick up the bike, I decided to ride the bike around the neighborhood just to familiarize myself because this is my first REAL street bike. Well after riding around the block a few times, the bike just DIED. Now I thought for certain this was my fault because I was a new rider, but I called Harris (the owner) anyways and he rode over to assist. As it turns out it WAS an issue with the bike and he essentially pulled lightly on a wire running to the tachometer, and the bike started like normal. I ended up riding back to the shop and they worked on it for about an hour, and then called me to pick it up. Harris was super professional and nice about it. SO FAR, the issue has not come up again. If it comes up again , I would probably give Harris a call...... So.... The bikes amazing. Motorcycle Warehouse has great bikes at very fair prices (don't be afraid to negotiate, the worst you'll get is a no). Check out the pictures and pay the shop a visit !

Cycle gear and other…read moreshops usually have a 2-7 day wait list running $60-$80 for front&rear tire change & balance. Guys at MWarehouse took time out of their busy day to finish my balance for me and did it within the hour. Only $12 for a balance but they were nice enough to do it free of charge. I checked their work at home and the tire had a "true balance" so I can say this shop will do it the right way. They won't give tires back with a slow drift that's "good enough" like a lot of shops will. Will come back here if needed.

I grabbed a banana chocolate chip muffin that was super good (moist, sweet and just super tasty!) and paired with a vanilla matcha latte that was smooth, lightly sweet, and surprisingly addictive. Great vibes, friendly staff, and plenty of personality without trying too hard. Whether you ride a bike or just ride the espresso buzz, it's a great spot to park yourself for a bit.
