Non Harley brand spark plugs were used. They took apart my carb said nothing was wrong with it so did not put it on the invoice and told me to just ride with the choke out because it was coughing ended up burning a hole in the diaphragm.... Again at this time I was very ignorant to mechanics and motorcycles now I am more informed In the end they charged me $400 for both oil change, new handlebar risers ,off brand spark plug's and a new pet kock (that they had to go get from Harley) Way overpriced!! Called 2 years later which is today to potentially get a new back tire put on my bike. I brought up the bad experience I had in the past the owner got extremely defensive called me a liar and told me not to ever call his shop again. Can't wait to see his comments on this review if you read all the reviews on this shop's yelp page it will be a good laugh and kind of disgusting on how much this shop gets away with in regards to shitty customer service..... I brought my Harley in last year to upgrade the exhaust. I had to bring it back within the first…read moreweek because they had tuned it incorrectly as if the pipes had no baffles, but they did have baffles so the tuning was off. Whatever, not the biggest deal, even though they tried to charge me for the retune and I had to negotiate...but yeah, whatever. Today, however, I brought it in for a check engine code and it turns out the bolts they used to attach the pipes to the engine had fallen out and when I asked the guy how that could have happened he said "whoever installed them didn't use locktite." When I told him that they are the ones who installed them, he seemed a bit embarrassed and said he'd get me a discount. Already I was annoyed because I shouldn't have to pay at all for them to fix a shoddy job, but when we next spoke the guy tells me there will be no discount because they only have a 1 year warrantee and this job happened a couple weeks more than 1 year ago. When I said that I understand there's a policy, but this is a bit of an extreme situation where I paid them to do a job that was done incorrectly and shouldn't have to get ripped off paying again for it, the guy countered saying the job was done correctly and it turns out "locktite can melt" so there was no fault on their part. Yeah right dude, nice try, people don't get new pipes installed and then have to replace the bolts every year because the locktite melts off. If I had been offered a discount I would have at least been persuaded to let them do the work, even though I would still be unhappy, but to specifically tell me that I must pay full price is a slap in the face. After that, the guys seemed totally fine with me walking out and losing what could have been a customer for years to come, which I just cannot understand. I dunno, maybe there's something about me that makes them not want to be my mechanic? Well, never again. I am incredibly disappointed because at first they seemed really cool, but I refuse to be pushed around by people who act like it's a privilege for me to be allowed in there. Also, tip to the owner, the new guy sucks on the phone; you should try to get the girl back who at least was able to sound welcoming.

I initially thought I would pick up a Yamaha R6 they were asking $4k for, but once I actually went to the shop and started sitting on bikes, I realized the stance was WAY to aggressive for me. That's when I saw the Triumph Street Triple 675, it was way more comfortable, looked immaculate, and only had one owner. I put a deposit down($200 for 2 weeks) THAT DAY. Exactly two weeks later I came back and paid in full for the bike. They were asking $5500, and that's what I paid. I'm 100% certain Harris would have happily taken $5000, hell, I'm pretty sure he would have taken $4800. But I was FEVERISH to make the bike mine. Anyways .... The day I went to pick up the bike, I decided to ride the bike around the neighborhood just to familiarize myself because this is my first REAL street bike. Well after riding around the block a few times, the bike just DIED. Now I thought for certain this was my fault because I was a new rider, but I called Harris (the owner) anyways and he rode over to assist. As it turns out it WAS an issue with the bike and he essentially pulled lightly on a wire running to the tachometer, and the bike started like normal. I ended up riding back to the shop and they worked on it for about an hour, and then called me to pick it up. Harris was super professional and nice about it. SO FAR, the issue has not come up again. If it comes up again , I would probably give Harris a call...... So.... The bikes amazing. Motorcycle Warehouse has great bikes at very fair prices (don't be afraid to negotiate, the worst you'll get is a no). Check out the pictures and pay the shop a visit !

Had a front tire with a quadrant imbalance I wasted too much time on at home. Cycle gear and other…read moreshops usually have a 2-7 day wait list running $60-$80 for front&rear tire change & balance. Guys at MWarehouse took time out of their busy day to finish my balance for me and did it within the hour. Only $12 for a balance but they were nice enough to do it free of charge. I checked their work at home and the tire had a "true balance" so I can say this shop will do it the right way. They won't give tires back with a slow drift that's "good enough" like a lot of shops will. Will come back here if needed.

They took the time to actually listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly upfront, and never once tried to upsell me or surprise me with a bloated bill. The pricing was fair, honest, and completely transparent from start to finish. What really set them apart was how they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was going on or chase anyone down for an update -- they came to me. And when they were done? They had gone above and beyond what I originally asked for in ways I didn't even expect. The attention to detail on the bodywork was stunning. My bike looks better than I ever imagined it could. The original work was done in February and he wanted me to return once I used two tanks of gas so that he could see how much oil it was burning. I just stopped by this afternoon, he topped it off and now we know. I feel like I've won the lottery.

You know, the old, "Welp, sounds like you're gonna need a new transmission." before they even look at your ride kind of bullshit. Or the smug know-it-all douches who look down their nose at your 20 year-old bike. Or the capable old guy you talked to who turned around and handed your dear, sweet darling over to the guy who is only qualified to vacuum the carpets, who then goes on to break five things, and the old guy then says it's gonna be an extra $500 because shit happens, ya'know? @#*&%ers! So yeah, laying around on a gravel driveway in the wintertime, bashing knuckles and cussing and riding my bicycle to the parts store and all that was fine and fun, but now I'm older and crankier and have some disposable income, I want to shop some of that shit out. But I'm still uptight and cheap, and I know my stuff, and I can smell BS from the next county over, and every motorcycle mechanic I've been to in the last two decades has either done a half-assed job, took for-frickin-ever, like six months to do the work, or was, like, 30 miles away. So I guess I'm a high-maintenance customer. Or rather, I just want what everyone wants, which is the thing fixed at a reasonable price, within a reasonable time frame, and with a little fluffing of my ego. Is that too much to ask? And I like to learn things about my equipment and maybe my bad habits, so I can better work on both of them in the future. Which brings me to HDR. Within the first 30 seconds of talking to Gage on the phone, all that history of bad mechanics just washed away. He listened, spoke clearly and to the point, without trying to dazzle me with any of them big words and fancy talk, he was friendly, and the price he quoted me was, in my opinion, too low, but I'm not complaining. Still, I've been burned before, and I've had some messy breakups with mechanics, like the guys who were cool with me, but then cheated my little old lady mom when she went in, so I went in with eyes wide open, hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. However, the whole thing went better than expected. He was done sooner than expected, did what he said he was gonna do, and for the price he told me. He also checked out the general condition of my bike found a couple things that will need addressing in the future, but no hard sell. He obviously knows his stuff, is uptight about getting it done right, and actually wanted to argue with me about me just paying $2 extra rather than waiting around for change from a $100 bill. Take the $2 Gage. Buy half a coffee with it. My spidey sense did not tingle. I learned some stuff. My bike works really well. We shot the breeze. That is all I want from a mechanic. It was only the first job, but seriously, this was one hell of a first job! Oh shit, I think I just wrote an essay! Well, I guess that's how much a good mechanic means to me. That's all I got.
