This is Far and Away the greatest scooter and other small motorcycle such as the Grom website for ordering parts. The owner Brandon is a good friend of mine but this is still an unbiased review. He takes time out on Saturdays just like you did with me a few seconds ago, just to help out his customers and you could have never bought anything from him before and he would still spend an hour with you on the phone talking. He is an excellent person, and made great money before he left and opened up his dream shop. Now he has scooterpartshop.com. this is good for every scooter on her because you can buy stuff for Chinese and Taiwanese scooters. He keeps quality products and he will help you out at any and all cost to him. You might get it cheaper somewhere else and not by much. The excellent customer service you receive from him and Carter, his head technician, will blow your mind. If you're not really into putting it together with your hands and you take it to a shop he will actually walk you through what parts you need depending on your price range and he'll tell you it's always better to buy party part but if there's something in your price range he will work with you and he will actually have the insight to build that bike that way in case you have to like me by Parts in spurts you can do that rather than buy it all at one time which is also another good idea if you have that kind of money. These guys give money to good causes through stickers, which may sound a little hokey but a customer and you may even see it interview called them scooter turd Shop. He had the stickers made up and guess what, he donated it to a children's hospital in Seattle. It doesn't get much more classy than that. Even though I've never met the guy hopefully soon when he comes to the East Coast, he is one that I consider a friend and can call him at any time and he would help me. Things like that do not go unnoticed and it is without a doubt the best place to go if your local and the best site to go to to buy all your scooter needs. I would like to say that Scooter Swap Shop is the Best when it came to repairing my scooter! When a problem occurred on my Vespa ET4 with my CDI and It needed to be replaced as well as having a new chipped key, I decided to take my scooter to the Scooter Swap Shop for the first time. I called and was told that Carter was the man for the job having worked in a Vespa dealership in San Francisco. I had my scooter towed over (a service that they provide if needed) and had a diagnosis the same day. It was an expensive fix, so I decided to call other local scooter shops in the area as a double check as to the price for the repair. They all came in at about the same price that I was quoted at the Scooter Swap Shop so I had them proceed with the repair. When the repair was completed a few days later, I drove it around.... a lot.... and my ET-4 never felt so good! The problem was repaired to my satisfaction completely and my scooter hasn't run so well for years until now! If you are thinking about having scooter work, this is the place you want to go to. They are competitively priced and what sets them apart is their friendly customer service! I will be bringing my ET4 to them for future service. Absolutely great, these guys know what they are doing. Both Brandon and Carter have answered so many questions for me and have went above and beyond what any other shop has ever done for me. I ordered the wrong part and based off of our previous conversation they knew what bike and motor I had and even swapped out the correct part before shipping out. They have answered so many questions for me and have made my whole experience beyond simple and great. It's very reassuring knowing that when you buy from these guys that they are also enthusiast and know what you are looking for based off of what your looking to spend. Its hard to find people in business that actually are passionate about what they do. I'm lucky that I found Scooter Swap Shop!! I live in Michigan and everything gets to me from their shop in just a couple days. Always has some cool extras in the box like stickers, keychains, lanyards, whatever. They are also super-helpful after the sale in helping guide customers on how to install the new parts they bought. This shop is run by true professionals, from working with my insurance to fixing and tuning in my Ruck, there was a lot of damage. My bike was done within days of receiving the parts ordered. Went to this place to service my honda ruckus and get a few parts installed. I expected to get my ruckus back within a week or so, but it only took them less then two days to install a CDI, new belt, full service, new tires, brakes, and a couple other small things.
