From the start, the process felt rushed and careless and Rylie had a nasty attitude. The extensions were installed with excessive tension, improper placement, and zero concern for the health of the natural hair. Within days, my daughter experienced intense scalp pain, breakage, and noticeable hair loss. Instead of enhancing her hair, this service destroyed it. She now has uneven patches, weakened strands, and damage that will take months--if not longer--to recover from. A hair extension install should never leave someone afraid to touch or brush their own hair. I called on a Friday and Julie the hair stylist was already booked through the day but was able to get my son in on Monday morning. Unfortunately my son screamed the entire haircut and we needed to hold him down and take multiple breaks but she kept her cool and was patient with my son. The haircut turned out nice and she even gave him a lollipop . Nice family barber.
