There are various soups and buns on the menu, but their signature offering is the $3 unlimited breakfast buffet available before 10:30 am. The buffet might be a misnomer because it consists of 3 types of congee and 3 different drinks. You can choose any or all. I had the rice congee because it looked the best, and "orange juice" which tasted like Tang (which I like anyway). A staff member also gave us a, I think complimentary, sweet congee. Don't go out of your way, but if you're in the area and feel like having some congee, you can't go wrong for $3. I enjoyed my meal, and rate the eatery 4 stars.
