I would highly recommend head over heels, she worked with me as I was trying on all kinds of dresses and styles to figure out what worked best for me. While she does have a smeller selection than some of the big stores, she has a wide variety of styles to choose from. I had a great experience at head over heels bridal!! She was SUPER nice, enthusiastic, and helpful even though I am super picky with what I wanted. She let my bridesmaids take pictures too (the other place I've been to didn't allow pictures until purchase). The shop and dress selection were both beautiful. Some very unique, boho and beachy styles, which originally drew me in after looking through the collections online. All of the dresses that I loved online (including a less traditional gown from the Wilderly Collection) were in stock. There were a couple of gowns that I had been dying to try on, but I was unable to find at other shops. Being able to see them in person and try them on made me feel confident that the dress I picked was the best choice for me! I had a pretty specific vision for my gown, not a huge budget, and only 3 months until my wedding date. Christina was so knowledgable and accommodating. I never felt pressured for time or pressed to make a decision. I had gone several places prior to Head Over Heels and have been apart of the experience with many friends and family members. In comparison to other shops, I really appreciated how laid back and intimate the experience felt. Christina was able to find a distributor who shipped the dress in my size within about a month. Olga, the seamstress she recommended, did an amazing job altering the dress with plenty of time to spare. The gown ended up fitting perfectly and was surprisingly cool and comfortable on the beach in Costa Rica. I have already, and will continue to recommend Head Over Heels to other brides! It took 6 different shops before I found my wedding dress, and while I didn't find it at HOH, it was easily my favorite experience. The boutique is full of charm, the dress selection is incredible and unique (I personally find a large selection to be overwhelming, so I appreciate a smaller selection with a variety of styles), and the service was perfect (Christina was so helpful and so easy to work with). Everything about Head Over Heels is FLAWLESS. Working with Christina and the HOH team was hands down the best experience of the entire wedding planning process - I could not have asked for a better experience. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Head Over Heels when looking for a dress. As soon as we walked in to their adorable little shop, I knew I would find my dress. We then met Christina and her mom and Aunt who all work together to own the shop, and instantly fell in love with them. We all didn't want to leave at the end of our appointment! Christina, Linda & Diane were SO patient with us, offered honest advice, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. We spent a lot of time at the shop, found excuses to go back for dress fittings (they also work with an incredible tailor named Olga), and my husband even had a suit custom made from a vendor they work closely with. I even asked Christina to help plan my wedding and she served as my on site wedding coordinator. Honestly, my wedding would NOT have been what it was without Christina's help. They all go above and beyond in everything they do. If you are anywhere near Cape Cod and are looking for a wedding dress (or wedding planning services) you must visit HOH. I could not recommend them more! I was very sad when the wedding was over because I wouldn't be able to work with the HOH team anymore! read more

I would give this place a hundred stars if I could! The boutique is a true gem. I've been to bridal shops all over for either friends, family or myself, from NYC to California and these experiences don't hold a candle to the kindness, sincerity, patience, care, service, charm and warmth of this place. And if you want personal attention, both during the trying on of gowns and afterwards, look no further. These women have your back. I think part of this is because it's family run by the women of the family (mom, daughter - Kristina, and aunt; thank you Kristina for all your thoughtfulness and diligence) and you can tell they truly care. Another perk, is that they've put a lot of thought into being conscious consumers of gowns, finding 3 or 4 US bridal designers who are young and thoughtful about what they make, how they make it, and who makes it. No sweat shops involved. They also carry one or two main stream designers for those looking for a consistent and classic look. And while the selection may seem small (they carry multiple dresses of 5-7 designers), the thought they've put into who they carry and why is wide ranging, elegant and fun. The mom, daughter and aunt have also been thoughtful about the financial side and the price points of the dresses are within a reasonable range. No sticker shock given this personalized bridal experience. It's hard for me to imagine that there wouldn't be something for everyone here. I think I tried on almost every dress there, and then voila, I found the one. Lastly, ambiance wise (which is important to me), it's like walking into a french boutique in Paris and then, once inside, they make you feel like a princess. What could be better? If you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of NYC or Boston and have a one of kind bridal experience, book a weekend on Cape Cod and come here for your wedding dress. You won't be disappointed. I was impressed with Head Over Heels before I even set foot in the door. I had fallen in love with a dress online but was having a hard time locating a boutique that had the dress available to try on. Head Over Heels carried the line and I emailed them to see if they carried the particular dress. Christina replied almost immediately that while they don't have the dress they would be happy to check with the designer to see if they would loan them one for me to try on. I was amazed! The designer sent the dress and it was everything I dreamed of. Diane was amazing and really takes the time to understand your vision and pull dresses that are appropriate. Christina was just as nice and helpful in person and there was another lovely woman there as well (sorry I can't remember the name) who helped my mother and sister-in-law look at dresses. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The shop is beautiful and the dresses they carry are exquisite. They truly make you feel special. 5 stars isn't a high enough rating. read more
