Came in for a .5 ML syringe appointment, she did 1 ML syringe without letting me know and expected me to pay for it, which I did because I'm a decent human being. The way she went about everything was SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Told me time thing and did another, I was bamboozled. There were a lot of details that went into it but , unfortunately, I will never be coming back to this establishment. There's too many other options for this kind of lip procedure. I purchased a Groupon for a Mani/Pedi and I was very very pleased. They have a small private room with a pedicure chair and music playing in the background. It was extremely relaxing. Trish was my manicurist and she was so welcoming and made my experience memorable. My massage was excellent and she did a great job on my feet. Very nice, family owned, neighborhood salon. About 50/50 hair and nails setup, but it seems like more nail work actually happens. There is a very good hair stylist here named Ezzat. His book is usually full, but if you can get an appointment with him, you'll want to be in his book every week or so! There are always sweet snacks and coffee available. The music vibe is usually country. There was a person doing facials who wasn't that great, but not sure if she's still there. I remembered seeing a ad for $20 Tuesdays at this salon, so I stopped in at about 10 on Tuesday for a walk in. There was only a couple ladies there, and they took me right away. I got my first spray tan here by Toni Reichman and she was so so nice and made me feel so comfortable. The product she uses is organic and way better for you than the other chemicals used in spray tans at other salons. I will definitely be coming back to get my spray tan by Toni again:) read more

I came here because I got the mani pedi groupon. I was really looking forward to it since it looked like a nice place on groupon, but it was a big let down. The pedicures are done in a little back room with only one chair(can't go with a friend) and the motor was very loud so I was not relaxed at all. I wanted to just get it over with. Then the lady hurt my toes with the drill, she was too rough and took off some of my skin. Also she painted clear coat on areas around my toe nails (very sloppy). After this I thought the manicure would be better, but it was mediocre and my hands left the salon dry and brittle because she used alcohol to wipe off the hand scrub and then never applied any kind of lotion. I will never return or recommend this salon for any reason. read more

Not sure about the salon itself and I hate to bash anything but Brandy M was so unprofessional and couldnt care less about her client. They had a "deal" going on for Mother's Day, or I should say, Brandy had a deal and the receptionist said it was buy one set of lashes for 89 get three refills. When my mom gets there they tell her it's only one free refill. My mom was okay with that... THEN.... After about a week they start falling off and look awful so she contacts brandy and she says she can come in and charge my mom $65..... To fix them. Which if she had done a good job and they stayed on it would be no problem but she didn't. They looked very fake too. The only reason my mom was even going to go back because she was supposed to get a free refill which she didn't. When I contacted Brandy explaining that it was a Mother's Day gift which she already knew about and still she was very rude and said if I didn't like her "discount" to go elsewhere. If I could give a zero star I would....When I explained to Brandy that I was upset that she was trying to charge us for an additional 65 when we were told it was going to be a free fill, she was VERY RUDE and said if we didn't like it then we can go elsewhere. I never write reviews, but i felt th e need to share my experience. I was so upset because this was my gift to my mom for mothers day and i was really looking forward to having my mom feel good about herself and Brandy couldnt care LESS!!! I had never been to this salon before so I went in trying to be optimistic. Initially I found nothing wrong with the salon in general. Everything looked clean and the staff was relatively friendly. When I sat down for my mani, things changed. I was almost immediately provided with what I consider to be TMI. The manicurist shared details about her life that most wouldn't consider sharing with a close friend. I'm all for being friendly and having a nice conversation, but I don't want this kind of detail from a manicurist especially after just meeting her. She also cut my nails way down after I had already told her I'd worked so hard to grow and keep them long!!! When we moved to the pedicure room (or shall I say closet) I was less than thrilled. the pedicure chair literally took up half the space so it was very awkward to move around. On top of that, the "gentle" whir from the jets was so loud I could barely hear her talking. The radio was also VERY loud! At one point, I had to ask her to turn it down so I could actually enjoy the "relaxing" pedicure I was getting. I would definitely not recommend this salon for mani/pedi whatsoever...regardless if you have a Groupon (which I did) or not! read more

I had my wedding nails done by Summer who was awesome for a great price. The nails looked great and she understood what I wanted. Definitely call a head to get in and plan on spending some time there. My nails took 2 hours but were awesome. I've had my hair done there as well and it was great. I bought a groupon for cut and color. My appt was at 9:30 & the stylist didn't show up until almost 10:30. Another stylist offered to do it but had to go buy the color i wanted first. I feel like she rushed the entire time. I had to get color removed first and while applying that I thought she was going to break my neck. She was pulling back on my hair so hard. When she washed my hair she sprayed half my face. Then she put me under dryer, said it would probably take about 15 min and didn't check on me for about 45 min. The color was slapped on my hair so fast and was all around my face. She did take her time cutting my hair and even though it looks nothing like the picture I showed her I do like it. I feel like the place isn't nice enough to charge the prices she does. I paid $140 and that was with groupon. It would have been about $200 without. I was there for almost 5 hours and never even offered a drink of water. I will not be returning or referring. read more

This place is great! I'd give it a five except the prices can be pretty high. But if you've never been there they have 20$ Tuesday's for any first timer. I'd come all the time if I could afford it. I never knew of head over heels until they did a groupon which was awesome! If you can, ask for Trish for a nail appt I was recently there and she's fairly new but does an amazing job! Also everyone who works there is very social and hold a conversation, versus other nail salons who barely speak English, no offense! I definitely recommend this place. This place is awesome!! Its clean and welcoming! It's adorable inside. I love this place because it is not like a scary salon where you feel like you have to be quite, you can't touch anything or everyone is staring at you. I really love nail art and unfortunately had a manicurist that could barely manage a flower. I saw an article about Sarah Reichman and her wonderful Nail Art in the Fresno Bee and was delighted to learn the salon was right near my home. I knew this was the place for me! Naturally, Sarah was booked with a full client list but, they worked me in and, for a time, I had another manicurist do my mani and pedis and then Sarah would do my nail art. Eventually the manicurist left to start a family and Sarah had an opening so she became my manicurist. I have never been happier with any Salon and just love my regular visits. This girl at the salon was literally trying to highlight the same strands as the girl that last did my hair... Unbelievable! That would literally be impossible to do. I wanted to try a new place to get a pedicure done and heard from a friend that this was the place to go! The stylist was very nice and made me feel very welcome. Although the area is a little small for getting a pedicure it was kind of nice to not have to worry about the other people in the salon and I was able to relax easier. The stylist did a great job on my toes and was extremely professional. I enjoyed the conversation, but was also appreciative that she did allow me to relax and get lost in the sounds of the motor from the chair and the music. :) I did have a groupon, but would go again even without one! read more

I bought a groupon for here, and basically I won't be returning. The only plus side to it was that my haircut was $20, you can't beat that. The staff seemed aloof and the dresser who I had seemed rushed. I had never experienced someone washing my hair so vigorously and aggressively before that day. I also did not appreciate having my hair cut not facing the mirror. I can't give someone that much confidence nor would I feel comfortable having my hair cut like that. And not that I expect the hair dresser to be completely engaged in a conversation with me, but a little, "hi, how are you, do you go to school, etc." small talk would have been nice. Despite, the dresser giving me a five day window to return if I were dissatisfied, I cannot see myself returning to the salon. Head over heels salon is an absolute catastrophe! I went to go get eyelashes done by them and and woman named Brandy who does the eyelash extensions is incredibly unprofessional. She messed up my eyelashes, and they are supposed to stay for 3-4 weeks and they didn't even last 10 days. She refused to give me a refund, and stated that it wasn't her problem and that she didn't care at all about how they looked after I left her care. I have been going to Brandy for nearly a year for eyelashes and can't say enough how amazing she is! I had them done about a year earlier by another salon and had such a poor experience that I gave up having them done. I decided to try again last year, prior to a vacation, thinking I'd just keep them on for a short time. But, Brandy is SO quick and SO great at putting them on that I had people constantly raving about how amazing they looked (not even realizing they were extensions!) so I decided to keep them.
