I came in with low expectations keeping in mind that these kind of problems are very difficult to treat especially within a short time frame. I always tried to put a lot of make up on to cover them, but it wasn't really help that much. Luckily, after all those years, I have found Dr. Ngo, who can fix my problem, and she's super nice, knowledgeable . After the second appointments, I can see my skin starts to get a lot better. The scars are smaller/filled up and some even gone. I'm so so happy with the results. Her assistant is nice, her office is clean, and she has lots of plants around the office. Beyond the services, Facialworks has top-quality skincare products--I actually use only their products at home now. Eye cream is my favorite, smells so good! One small thing I'd love to see improved is the empty refill station. I hope they either bring it back or replace that space with some extra seating.

I explained that I was already confirmed for two appointments at 12:15 PM. They then asked whether we could come in on a Thursday instead. There is a reason I scheduled for Sunday and the person I spoke with confirmed and said we were booked for 12:45 PM. Today, 4/26, I received a voicemail changing my appointment to 4:45 PM--and I did not see or hear that message in time. This is unacceptable. It is unprofessional to change someone's appointment without contacting them to confirm it's okay to move the time. I also have plans this evening, and I do not live nearby or have the ability to wait around for a **4:45 PM** appointment. Unfortunately, when I expressed my frustration, Zack was rude and did not address the issue appropriately. When I explained my concern, Zack walked away and said he didn't like my attitude. I feel like none of the staff made an effort to help resolve the situation, and this experience was handled poorly.
