Believe the hype! Renee is so good and efficient at waxing. I'm an esthetician by trade and typically do my own waxing, but I was traveling from NYC and didn't have any time to do my own before my trip home to California. So to say I am particular about my waxing is an understatement. All you need to know- she's super quick, which is a virtue in a Brazilian wax. Wax wasn't irritating, and she tweezed any random ones up top that were too short for the wax. Space is lovely, clean, and no double dipping. Prices are incredibly reasonable. I guess more importantly though is I was in and out in 20 minutes and it was as pain free as waxing can possibly be. BIG FAN. Thanks renee! BEST WAX OF YOUR LIFE. shouty capitals worthy. I've only ever gotten her Brazilian service (used to do them at Porcelain on Main in HB) but now she is here and honestly i would follow her anywhere. Because I'm a bad planner, I have gotten waxes from European Wax Center multiple times and some other groupons but they don't seem to care what it's like when it's done so don't waste your money with anyone else. This is no wax factory. She uses awesome wax and changes her technique based on you and your experience/comfortability/pain tolerance. My pain tolerance has significantly improved since my first wax (which was done by Renee) and she coaches you through it for the more sensitive areas so it's doable and worth it.
