Since I have let my hair grow out for a bit longer than normal, the girl taking care of me had to use a trimmer to take some of the hair down. Which, was a good touch. Then, she took her time shaving my head. It was a pretty legit shave. I was dozing in and out with how relaxed I was. Talked tattoos, which, is always good. Then, I got my beard lined up. All in all, it was a very good experience. However, even after getting in the barber chair the proper way...I ended up stepping on the foot rest. I got chided. Besides not paying attention at the end and stepping off the rest, place was definitely a good spot. Oh, and, by the time I was leaving the shop definitely had a good few customers in it.

The top, sides, and crown are all different lengths, the crown is choppy, and the shape doesrit match on either side. The haircut only looked "okay"in the shop because my hair was styled and sponged in a way that hid the mistakes, When I got home, washed and styled it myself, the uneven areas were obvious. I reached out 'espectfully, and instead of taking responsibilty, he tried to charge me again to fix a mistake he made, A professional barber stands behind their work. If your cut only looks ood for 10 minutes under heavy styling and falls apart the moment you touch it that's not skll. thats covering up poor technique. I asked for a simple, standard style, and it looks nothing like the reference image I showed. It felt like the barber didn't know how to recreate the style at all. What's worse, he seemed to realize it didn't turn out well but tried to cover it up. He took a "before" picture but didn't take an "after" photo, and kept insisting it looked good. Be careful -- I strongly recommend asking the barber if they are truly confident they can do your requested style before you sit down.
