He cuts hair the technically correct way and will proudly show you his Illinois licenses, that originally took him over 2,000 hours of schooling to obtain. He does not shortcut anything and does exactly as you want. He's the polar opposite of young girls who were training at beauty school but have no idea how to cut men's hair.
