On the day of the appointment they did not come, nor did they call. We had to call them. We called and they could not come out the next day so we scheduled for the next week. Being proactive, we called them on the day they were to come out, and they said once again they would not be able to come out for that appointment. When they finally came, they charged more than they said they would charge for the trouble shoot, $280. They were to get the price of the parts they needed to fix it and call us. They did not call us, we had to call them. They said that we would have to pay for the parts he thought would be needed even if it turned out they were not needed. They charge an hours worth of labor for every drive out to the house. They are undependable in their scheduling and with what they say it will cost for a troubleshoot.
