It wasn't even kept under a heatlamp between the era when it was made and when it was served. Edges were dry and cold, not even warm in the center, zero juice. I get it, resort prices, convenience of eating in the Summit Lodge, trying hard not to complain about the $25 price, but it was just a limp cold burger. Fries? Also cold. I mean, the least they could have done, after recognizing the long time passed between making the meal and serving it, is refresh the fries, no? Cold greasy fries, cold dry overcooked burger. One star at any price. It's not like there's a shortage of burger options right at the Summit either. Am I going to complain that it was $75 for three burgers at our table? No, not if they were hot juicy Wagyu Cheeseburgers, but then, these were not.
