Staff went out of the way to accommodate our family on Christmas Eve. Mom made Christmas Day…read morereservations- but blanked on Christmas Eve. They squeezed us in - a lovely lounge spot by the fire. We had two kids , 5 and 7, hangry from a day on the slopes - and they were so kind. Our server went way out of her way to work around my long list of food allergies. Food, service, staff, everything was top notch!

Enjoy the drinks, pass on the food. You're welcome…read more Service is friendly, drinks are pretty good! Stick to drinks. Hot toddy. I don't know where the kitchen is, but "far" is my guess. Food arrives on room-service carts, and ours was all Cold. Not just temperate or not-hot, but room-temp. $25 Wagyu Cheeseburger sound pretty good? Nope. It wasn't even kept under a heatlamp between the era when it was made and when it was served. Edges were dry and cold, not even warm in the center, zero juice. I get it, resort prices, convenience of eating in the Summit Lodge, trying hard not to complain about the $25 price, but it was just a limp cold burger. Fries? Also cold. I mean, the least they could have done, after recognizing the long time passed between making the meal and serving it, is refresh the fries, no? Cold greasy fries, cold dry overcooked burger. One star at any price. It's not like there's a shortage of burger options right at the Summit either. Am I going to complain that it was $75 for three burgers at our table? No, not if they were hot juicy Wagyu Cheeseburgers, but then, these were not.

Delicious & messy food, craft beer, cocktails. Live music. Patio & indoor seating…read more All 14 of us gathered here on a weekday evening! One of few venues that would take reservations of this size group. They have a good amount of indoor seating. We sat on the umbrellaed patio, near the musician, just around the corner of the bar from games like cornhole. They were busy, but service was attentive. Many of us had craft beers and cocktails. Everyone was pleased, but i could not list all the beverages for you. We had at least one yummy fresh arugula salad with sirloin cooked-to-order and a lot of flavorful bacon, blue cheese crumbles, green onion, tomatoes, balsamic glaze, and thick "Texas" toast. We shared a number of the many appetizers: Crispy-coated sweet-chili Thai Shrimp were rather small but quite tasty. The tray of nachos was a glorious mess of beans, sauces and crema, mixed melty cheeses, olives, and meat ... i think we got the rich ground "buffalo". The "buffalo balls" were even messier: meatballs in deep gravy over mashed potatoes smothered in sautéed onions and mushrooms. We had "chicken "bites" with two of their yummy flavorings. The soft pretzels and cheese were long thick almost-loaves. And i completely lost track of the mains: several of their loaded burgers and overloaded tacos. The star was the 12oz medium-rare ribeye, topped with herb butter & demi glacé, loaded garlic redskin mashed potatoes, & thick garlic toast. This was a great immersion in great food, drink, ant atmosphere. The $44 ribeye was one of the top-two steaks we had during our trip. (July 2026). Pro tip: every steak is town was good, even the bargains you can find with a little hunting. But be sure to pay a little more once or twice to get the best.

We spotted this restaurant online while driving in to town to our hotel we had for the next couple…read moreof days. The photos looked amazing, so after we checked in, we drove a few blocks to the place. Parking is limited but we luckily scored a spot. Atmosphere is very cool, bar/restaurant like with sports playing on large TVs throughout. It was kind of warm in there...not sure if they had a working A/C or if it just couldn't keep up with the bodies inside. There was a wait to be seated but not too bad. Maybe 15 mins and the place was packed. We were seated at a bar-like table between the actual bar seating and tables. The waitress was nice and had personality but was a bit stressed out and a little testy after we asked about our food 30+ mins after ordering it. Even the drinks took a long time to be served. I finally gave up and ran to the restroom...of course the food came as soon as I left. It works that way a lot for me. lol The drinks were good - the food was pretty good. Prices are expensive here, but pretty much on par with the rest of the restaurants in town. It's a tourist town in high season and they all know it. We determined not to come back for the next day's meals based on the slow speed of service and try different places in town instead.
