Very disappointed!! I have ordered heady's several times over the past year. I honestly love the food, the pizza, sandwiches, and wings are all usually delicious, over priced, in my opinion, but good quality food. Ive had the wings twice now. The first time, I ordered the hot wings, I was shocked at how big the wings were, completely satisfied. This time, however, the experience was bad. First off, the wings are puny. I ordered the spicy garlic wings, and they tasted good, but they were at least 50 percent smaller. If you're going to charge 12.99 for 8 wings, they should be bigger. Then, when I ordered, I was not told that the ranch was extra. Had I been told, I would not have ordered it. Also I was not told about the 5 dollar delivery charge. It cost me $30 for a medium cheese pizza and 8 wings....RIDICULOUS. I work at a local hotel and I have recommended heady's to dozens of people. I will never do that again. The workers on the phone need to let customers know exactly what they are paying for, like delivery charge, and charging extra for ranch for the wings, Ive never heard of a place charging you for ranch when you get wings. I don't understand, the change in the size of the wings... Oh well, you just lost a customer and any potential customers that I would've recommended. Was excited to order Headys since I love their food picked pick up to save time but after 35 min l,which is ridiculous, I said "I am going to have to cancel my order, it's been like 40 min". Girl said ok but since you paid for it I have to get Manager.. guy comes up with my pizza puts the other items on top and starts to hand it to me. I called in to order my pizza, i had been a long time customer and they have taken my card over the pgone numerous times without any problem. Tonight i call to order and the MANAGER got very rude and said they no longer take cards over the phone and to F*** off, he was very disrespectful and i reccomend NOT ordering ever from here read more

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Spent $25 on thin crisp crust and got a sopping wet crust. The breast sticks are not any better, they are tough. I ordered cheese dipping sauce and it came cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. read more

I enjoy the delivery service of Heady's. Even though they are on the north side, when I do my online order they are always there within an hour. They swipe my credit card at my door which I like better than putting it online. I enjoy their pizza but wish the crust was crispier. I don't know if it is the drive across town or what but the toppings are delicious. I love the BBQ chicken wings and the lasagna was good. Wish they had a better dessert menu. While the cookies and brownies are good sometimes a person wants a crème pie or luscious piece of cake. read more

Absolutely ridiculous my husband had been waiting for our food for over an hour and a half. I finally called to find out what is going on and they said they tried to call which they didn't my husband and I have been sitting here all evening and instead of trying to verify it they cancel the order. The phone number he repeated to me was correct the address was correct and listed our home phone number as well. We've always had delivery issues with this company before but we've kept delivering because we do enjoy their food but unfortunately we will never be calling back again. read more

First of all, I'm shocked at fact that there are only 4 reviews listed. Headys is the holy grail, ESPECIALLY because they're open late. As far as late night food goes, Headys is infinitely better than the other few choices in town. If you try the chicken blah blah pizza and don't agree that it's one of the best pizzas you've ever had the pleasure of tasting, I will personally...call you a lunatic. The sweet and tangy barbecue sauce perfectly compliments the savory flavor of the high quality chicken and bacon along with fresh tomatoes and onions. My girlfriend and I are both college students, so as established members of the pizza consumer industry, we absolutely and highly recommend this place. If you're hungry but rushed for time, or don't want to deal with dishes, or in desperate need of a grocery store run, give Headys a shout and you won't be disappointed. Fresh, awesome, always consistent flavor! I get the "filet steak" sandwich and it is VERY good. It's REAL steak, not some processed meat sandwich. I also like their "maple bacon cinna knots". Yes, its a pie pan of home made pastry but has bacon sprinkled on it and covered with maple flavored goodness. I can't explain it well, but it has amazing flavor and disappears in minutes at my house! Their pizza is also very good. I have more love for their sandwiches but the chicken blah blah pizza is really the only one I get. Delivery until 3 AM city wide, wow, thats not done here except for Headys. They have successfully lost a customer. I ordered delivery. You cannot pay online and they manually run your card when they deliver your food. I've been having hit-or-miss issues with the strip on my debit card. Evidently it did not like their credit card machine. It kept declining. The Heady's delivery driver informed ME that there was no money on MY card (!!). What kind of moron places an order with no money on the account? The audacity of his accusation floored me. I explained that there was money on the card and asked if he could enter the card number manually. He informed me that was against store policy and left. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. I was told one would call me the following day. That did not happen. There was no effort to fix the problem and absolutely no apology from the rude employee. With so many pizza options in this city, you would think a local business would treat customers better. (I checked the balance on my card after he left. There was plenty to cover their sub-par food.) read more

Their pizza is pretty good, the service at their location I cannot speak for as I only order for delivery. The only issue (and a pretty irritating issue) that I have experienced is not being compensated/reimbursed properly for an error made in their kitchen. Recently, I had ordered my usual minus X,Y & Z toppings and had it delivered to my house. When I got my pizza, as I started to open the box, I could smell the onions (which is a topping I request to not have) immediately but of course the delivery man had left my location. I call and let them know I am unable to eat the pizza because of the mistake and they do offer to send out another one that night, but I had prior engagements and this delivery was to help save some time. They let me know they would put my incident in the system and next time I would get a replacement. Today I decided I want that pizza I was unable to enjoy previously and to give them a call. A lady answers the phone and I explain to her the incident that happened, and would also like to add a sandwich to the order. "No problem, your total..." $24.XX?! I didn't say anything at first and let the phone call end, but after sitting there for a few more moments I was curious how a sandwich and a pizza (that I thought was to be complimentary) could be $24.00! I call back and get the same woman and she lets me know that they "honored" me with 25% off of my pizza..... That would be great if only 25% of my pizza was unacceptable. Had I known that my mistake wouldn't have fully been corrected at a later date, I would have went ahead and had a new pizza delivered the same day and saved as left overs instead of having to pay all over again. read more

I have ordered from this place for a while now never having a issue until my last two orders. Sure in the past there has been small issues but never like it has been the last two orders. The order before last, 2 days ago,the chicken wings were drenched in oil making them soggy and very undesirable. The Stromboli I ordered was also heavily greasy and undesirable, made us sick eating them. This was the first time I ordered anything but pizza. I tried to call but the line was busy and I tried calling several times. Today, I ordered pizza again and it came to me cold. The driver pulled up and then left coming back 10 mins later. When I called to speak to the manager she said she was the store manager and there was nothing she would do for me in either case. I stated, just come get your pizza and return my money and she stated she would not be offering a refund due to there being nothing wrong with my pizza. I told her the trouble I had with the other order and she said there was nothing wrong with that order ether. I asked to speak to the owner and she said I would just have to call and try to catch him in at some point. She would NOT leave a message for them to call. Is this really what has happened to our world where you just have to take what you get and tough luck if you don't like it. Will never be ordering from this establishment again. Loyal customer treated like garbage. Feels like I was robbed. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!! read more
