A simple billing issue has not been resolved, and there has been little sense of urgency in correcting the error. Because of the incorrect billing on my account, copays have continued to be collected even though they are not owed. When I called the billing department, I asked if someone could call me back once the issue had been resolved, but I was told they couldn't because they are an inbound-only call center. I found the billing staff to be unhelpful, and it was disappointing that there was no way to receive an update without having to initiate another call myself. I hope the practice improves the responsiveness, communication, and efficiency of its billing process. The quality of the therapists is excellent, but the administrative side has been disappointing and has taken away from an otherwise positive experience.

Now they are lying and saying I only provided the correct documentation for part of my free 10 EAP sessions, which doesn't even make any sense. They refuse to reply to my insurance company, they give me the runaround when I call them and they change their story every single time I speak with them. I've spent more time and effort trying to get someone to apply my EAP coding to my free EAP sessions than I did using my sessions. The ironic part is that this company is so difficult to deal with that my mental health is literally 10x worse than when I started.
