I had Purchased a Groupon for an IPL Treatment ( I had Purchased in Past, but it had been several years) Dr. Zormeier was Incredibly Rude to me asking me " You didn't really buy a Groupon Did You, Groupons are just for New Patients to be used once... Just to get them to come in, NOT for Returning Patients.. Just to get a Good Deal" She went on to say " We only go the Groupons one day a week," You might not be able to get it done today" then Abruptly left the room.. ( I had just driven 45 minutes) After Scolding Me and Notably Very Irritated..She did end up doing the Treatment, Very Quickly and Rough.. ( I had No Results) I WILL NEVER Set Foot in that office Again, Dr Zormeier.. "SHAME ON YOU FOR YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TREATMENT TOWARDS A CLIENT !!!!!"

No consent was given for this exam, nor the cost disclosed until after the visit. It seems that their standard of care is more about obtaining money than it is for the care of the patient.

It came highly recommended from a few friends with lovely locks and I felt relaxed the minute I walked in. When I went a few weeks ago, they still required masks but as of today masks are optional for vaccinated individuals. I had a cut and color with the talented Ashley, one of their senior stylists. She truly listened to and gave me what I wanted, a minimal cut and a natural, low-maintenance color! Thank you! She's worth the price tag. I did quite a bit of research and finally decided on Brush due to the high ratings and Healdsburg location. After trying to contact the owners and manager of the salon and getting no response, I felt it necessary to go on Yelp and warn anyone wanting a Brazilian Blow out to NOT have it done here. I could not have been more unhappy with the service, unfortunately. These treatments are not cheap, by the way...$300+, which is worth it since typically your hair will stay smooth and frizz free for up to 3 months. Mine did not last 2 weeks - even after I had gone out and purchased all the mandatory shampoos and conditioners to keep it looking good after the treatment. Red hair can be a challenge, and I guess mine was too much for my stylist. My stylist unfortunately wasn't up to the challenge - and I am out over $350 for the service. Very poor customer service, too, that no one could return my two emails. My stylist was very nice and personable, and the salon was beautiful - but I will NEVER be returning after the service I had done, and the lack of customer service I experienced.

So when I wanted a face lift, let's make no doubt about it, I was scared, but was tecommended by Dr. Walter Tom to go see Dr. Jacobs. I did my research (always make sure to check the medical boards search options for your doctor). Dr. Jacobs is clean and spotless like his facility. His staff are professional but make you feel comfortable with appropriate interactions for whomever you are. The face lift is an absolute success, better than I thought. It's natural, the scars go away quicker than you think. It's going to be uncomfortable of course, but Dr. Jacobs is literally the best one to go to!

After hearing about her tenured expertise in the beauty & makeup industry through Emma, the salon owner / manager at Brush, The Salon (in Healdsburg, CA) I was excited to book my bridal makeup trial run with Rachel about a month prior to my wedding to ensure we were on the same page with the natural bridal look I was going for. Amidst the craziness, we didn't realize that one of the artists was a no-show until 1 hour in - putting us behind schedule early on! Rachel quickly offered to help all 11 ladies, and did an absolutely fantastic job of keeping me calm/assuring me it'd all work out. My bridesmaids and I started calling her our makeup warrior goddess - she absolutely saved the day. Even more notably, she didn't sacrifice the quality of any of our looks and made everyone feel special, despite the insane time crunch. She also understood our vibe/everyone's desired look with so little communication - I had a group of ladies with very different desired looks (ranging from boho to glam), but at the end of the day, everyone felt like the best version of themselves.
