Not only am I'm ecstatic with the results, but the aftercare has been above and beyond my expectations. I'm a nurse, and I'm REALLY picky about healthcare. I was a little surprised on my first visit that the waiting room was very casual, more like a home than an office. But entering a treatment room changed my mind on that concern. Her equipment is state of the art. Most importantly, she listens. I had something in mind, and she explained exactly why that working get the results I want. It wasn't an up-sell, it was providing the appropriate patient education. She was right, and I am still a little startled when I look in the mirror, it looks lovely. It's been almost 6 months and most of the swelling is completely gone. Still the tiniest bit on my eyelids. I was back at work 10 days after the surgery, and while my colleagues knew what I had had done, my patients didn't. I received so many comments about how great I looked, did I change my hair, etc. But no one seemed to guess I'd had surgery. Not that I really care! Amidst the craziness, we didn't realize that one of the artists was a no-show until 1 hour in - putting us behind schedule early on! My bridesmaids and I started calling her our makeup warrior goddess - she absolutely saved the day. It was veryupsetting. Instead of being accountable for their behavior, they deflected and made excuses. All the wrong responses and I'd be concerned about cleanliness and respectful behavior after what I saw and experienced.
