Dr. Z did my upper and lower eyelids, a Facetight procedure in my neck, and skin resurfacing. Wow! Just wow! Not only am I'm ecstatic with the results, but the aftercare has been above and beyond my expectations. I'm a nurse, and I'm REALLY picky about healthcare. I was a little surprised on my first visit that the waiting room was very casual, more like a home than an office. But entering a treatment room changed my mind on that concern. Her equipment is state of the art. Most importantly, she listens. I had something in mind, and she explained exactly why that working get the results I want. It wasn't an up-sell, it was providing the appropriate patient education. She was right, and I am still a little startled when I look in the mirror, it looks lovely. It's been almost 6 months and most of the swelling is completely gone. Still the tiniest bit on my eyelids. I was back at work 10 days after the surgery, and while my colleagues knew what I had had done, my patients didn't. I received so many comments about how great I looked, did I change my hair, etc. But no one seemed to guess I'd had surgery. Not that I really care! I had Purchased a Groupon for an IPL Treatment ( I had Purchased in Past, but it had been several years) Dr. Zormeier was Incredibly Rude to me asking me " You didn't really buy a Groupon Did You, Groupons are just for New Patients to be used once... After interviewing several of the BIG plastic surgeons in Santa Rosa for lower facelift who quoted me anywhere from 12 to 20 grand for the procedure, I decided to have the Facetight procedure with Dr Zorimeir... I am very happy with the procedures I have had done at Zormeier Cosmetics. My upper eyelid surgery was great and both the doctor and Terri work well as a team. People had nothing but great things to say so I decided to contact her with some questions on a few procedures and services I had inquiries about. I drive to her office from the East Bay 2 hours every month to see her. She has been extremely informative in answering all my questions as well as providing all the latest and greatest options. I have had a few specific things done recently with a list of procedures soon to be booked and completed on a much higher scale. I highly recommend her to anyone even if far away. BAD RESULTS! BAD EXPERIENCE! I went in for filler in the laugh lines near my mouth. DR. ZORMEIER injected off the site, it was lumpy and caused facial drooping. I reached out to her three times to ask if she would correct/dissolve it and she aggressively argued with me via text and verbally over the phone. Finally, she agreed to see me and continued to argue or be defensive at the office visit. She raised her voice in my face, "I don't see what you're talking about! It's in your head." Excuse me? No---It's MY face. I see MY FACE every day, I KNOW my face well and I know when something is "OFF". I am appauled at her LACK OF PATIENT CARE, concern, compassion, service and professionalism! I've seen many types of doctors in my life and have never met anyone like her. She said she has never had to dissolve filler in her life so she doesn't know what to do. Sounds pretty incompetent to me! Feeling frustrated. It's been 6 months since the injection and now have to wait another year for this faulty filler job to dissolve. After the procedure I was a little swollen but I never bruised. I made an appointment here because of the initial 50% discount for a facial filler through Groupon. After some time I was seen and told that she didn't know why she kept that product on Groupon and I would be much happier with a different product. She disappeared and returned with a paper listing the 400$ I paid (800$ regular) off a price tag of 1600. No discount. When I asked for the discount that brought me in, she said the product was too expensive and she would give me a discount on my next treatment. There will be no next treatment after not honoring the promised deal. Then she offered nitrous oxide to relax me. Thank goodness I took it , although it was only 'on demand' , from a mouth pice I held and did not last beyond the last breath. On top of that she and her assistant teased me for being 'high' on laughing gas. I was not high if I wasn't actively breathing which was impossible during the treatment. And the pain! I have had treatments in the past but this was aggressive while that needle moved all around under my skin. I was given ice before but she didn't have me place it on the injection sites. Afterwards she asked if I bruised. I told her yes and asked if she had something for the bruising like Arnica. She didn't seem familiar with it. She said I could use ice. I had to ask for ice. She did return my calls when I was concerned about the bruises and uneven swelling, but this felt like a 'hussle' and unprofessional. I should have stayed with my tried and trusted office. I had bellafill injection for frown lines and Dr Zormeier suggested a dose under my eyes. The consultation was very vague. No pre or post treatment given in writing. I was bruised at ever sight she injected! Horrible. I went home and held ice packs on my face for hours. I did use Arnica cream (which she did not suggest) that helped with the bruising. I could not go to work the next day. When I went back on Monday - make up could not cover the bruises. These lasted for 7 days. One month later I am seeing discoloration on my face where the injections were given. A grayish/yellow tint around my mouth and brown spot under each eye. Also, I have small lumps by the corner of my mouth where the solution did not blend. I am reading reviews and see that a test should have been given. Not. I agree with others that all they want is the $. I do not recommend this product. I did not go to follow up visit or tell her, because I know the outcome. You signed the agreement. read more

Dr. Zormeier is a wonderful physician she takes time to listen to your desired outcome and helps you achieve it. I have worked with her over the past three years and I look and feel great. I'm OK with being 51 and having her help me age on my own terms is wonderful. The office is always clean and professional and her rates are great. Get on her email list so you can take advantage of her specials. I have seen some of her other patients that have had surgeries and none of them look over done and they are happy with their results. I have been saving money for a long time so when I'm ready to have a nip or tuck Dr. Zormeier will be the physician to do it. She has her own special creams for just about every issue. She helped me with vitamin therapy when I wasn't feeling so great and I am so glad I did that. I was able to avoid more invasive medications. I have had many different treatments from her and wasn't disappointed with any of them. I am happy with her creams as well. Dr. Zormeier is an excellent plastic surgeon with excellent bedside manners. She is also very kind and has a great sense of humor. My bff wanted eye surgery and deep C02 Laser resurfacing on her face. I had seen her work on 2 other people and felt she would be the best pick out of any other surgeons in Sonoma County as I'd seen other's work and Dr. Zormeier's was very carefully done and precise. She did a phenomenal job! She is a perfectionist and stays on top of your case as you progress. I took care of my friend after surgery and Dr. Zormeier texted me several times that night asking for pictures and keeping a close watch.
