    Luna!

I have been taking my husky, Luna, here ever since she was a puppy. They are great and when I had emergencies they were able to help me and point me in the right direction. They do great work here and are passionate about their profession. Wishing the best for the whole staff here!!

I was hoping to avoid my search for a vet in Florida for a little while because I really really loved my vet in CT and trusted him completely after going through a few bad ones. I walked into this vet and immediately thought "Oh shit, they're gonna charge me an arm and a leg" because their waiting area is gorgeous (They have waterfalls) Anyway, I had no choice but to stay because my dog was severely limping (She had ACL surgery back in March) Everyone was pretty awesome here from the people at the desk, to the techs and Dr Sharpe. He got right on the ground with my baby to check her leg. I was on pins and needles just waiting to hear the words "She's going to need another surgery" Instead, he told me her leg was inflamed and suggested using their rehab facility to help strengthen her leg. I braced myself again waiting for a number in the thousands for this option. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. $75 per session twice a week for a month. Not bad. Better than $6,000 for another surgery. I went home with 2 medications for her plus they performed a laser treatment on her leg to help with the soreness. All of that plus the office visit only came to $130. I think I found my new vet for my 3 fur babies! She'll be going again this Thursday for her first underwater treadmill treatment.

Brought my little Nick there for an elevated ALT liver enzyme, vomiting, etc. Banfield pet hospital over diagnosed him and had me worried. Dr. Storre was very professional and stuck to the point of why we were there. Didn't throw a slew of unnecessary tests at us (Banfield will give you the high and low prices which makes you feel guilty if you don't run the gamet in your pet which you don't always need)! He gave us zantac liquid and blood work was done. Nick is doing great! It was just reflux apparently. Very happy with everyone's professionalism and care.xo

George is a healthy cuddle cat now. :o)

I recently adopted a kitten which turned out to be extremely ill. I discovered this oasis while searching for veterinarians that were closest to my house. After calling in distress, I truly thought George was going to die while cuddling, they said to bring him in. The visit was extremely compassionate while still professional. The entire staff was impressive, it's clear they all love their careers. I was shocked while paying the bill because the prices were beyond reasonable. I'm grateful for this business & they have a new loyal customer.

The staff are wonderful and it's a nice, convenient place to visit. We trust them and feel they are fairly priced as well.

Horribly unprofessional I booked this groomer regularly and…read moreyesterday they were confirmed to arrive at our house at 2pm. After notifying me they were arriving 15 minutes early they encountered a road block from some road work that was easily rounded by using the detour. They texted me at 1:46, not called TEXTED me and when I didn't answer by 1:52 because I was with my kids they notified me VIA TEXT that they were going to the next appointment and skipping us. At 1:53 I saw my phone and called and they refused to come to our home even though I provided information on how to navigate the detour. They said they'd come back on Sunday and groom the dogs since they missed up Saturday. Sunday night when they never came by I texted and received this answer "no find someone else" ?! Horribly unprofessional and unkind.

I've been trying to get my guys an appointment for about 3 1/2 weeks now. Unfortunately, instead of…read morethe friendly responses, usually with multiple availabilities, all I've gotten is "sorry, we're booked" or "sorry, no availability" with an updated pricing list for dogs that are not only aggressive but also senile or sick; seriously? My guys are 14 and 16 1/2. One has heart disease and the older one has difficulty standing...because he's 16 1/2. I told her at the 1st appointment not to even bother messing with their teeth or trying to brush them because they both have dental disease and I apply spray and gel to their teeth myself. She always tried to apply the gel or spray anyway. If they gave her a hard time, that was her decision because shed already been told not to. They are less and less tolerant of having their nails trimmed, for several reasons. I was aware she was having difficulty doing their nails by the way she was speaking to me after their last visit but I brushed it off as her just being tired or whatever. If you work with animals in any capacity, especially as a groomer or as a vet tech (which I did my entire adult life until I became disabled a few years ago) then you know 99% of dogs and cats despise having their feet touched, let alone their nails trimmed. As someone who also had my own dog training business, if you can't or dont want to work with a client and their pet anymore, for whatever reason, then you find a professional way to TELL THEM. You dont ignore them and give them the runaround, especially when they've been a loyal client who's given you a fantastic review on Yelp. Im going back to taking my boys to their previous groomer who is at a pet hospital. I liked the mobile grooming because im disabled and driving is dang near impossible for me but I guess I have no choice now. We were always friendly towards eachother and she was always sending pictures throughout their grooming sessions, then its literally like she got tired of them. All she had to do was say she didn't want to groom my dogs anymore but she decided to go about it in the most unprofessional way. I really liked her grooming skills and found her prices very reasonable, especially since she was a mobile groomer. I wish she had talked to me about issues she may have been having with my dogs... or any dogs for that matter. Im a certified dog trainer and, as I said, worked as a vet tech; I could've given her some helpful advice on how to handle cats and dogs she might find difficult for a variety of reasons. It's her business to run as she pleases though. Even with all this said, I'd still say give her a chance, my old men always looked great after their time with her ‍. Hopefully going forward, she'll be more upfront and professional.
