Even if the groom isn't exactly what I initially asked for at first, the groomer will do little touch ups at the end to get it just right and is getting more used to what I like for my poodle. I was looking forward to finding a potential new groomer, especially after reading the great reviews. The groomer was professional asking for specific pictures of how I want my pet groomed. However, my dog was picked up EXTREMELY stressed out and then I was later informed that my dog was so scared of the "blow dryer" he started to poop on the table. My dog is groomed every 2 months and is used to being blow dried. I even double checked with the groomer he went to in May and she said he didn't have any issues. I called the owner of this facility to ask the full story and her excuse is that they are "new people" to my dog and that's why he was scared. I know my pet and that is NOT NORMAL BEHAVIOR FOR HIM! She also stated they have no cameras where the dogs are. DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF YOUR PET. Also after spending more than what I was quoted on the phone, there were still untrimmed knots under his arms. RESPONSE: I appreciate your response to my review, but I feel compelled to clarify a few key points. First, my dog has always been comfortable with blow dryers, so the claim that he "pooped himself" during the grooming is surprising. I have never experienced this with him before, as I have stated. You having no cameras where the dogs are is extremely concerning, hence this review. Furthermore, i never stated that I picked up or dropped off my dog. My mom stated immediately that he looked and was acting very stressed. She also never stated how my dog acts at the groomer since I am the one who is typically taking him. Not that it is any of your concern, I was the one who paid for the service + tip. As a business owner, you should know tip is not even mandatory and you should've been grateful you received such a generous tip. Additionally, it's unfair for you to state that I instructed my mother not to tip. I never communicated that, and your portrayal of me as a spoiled brat is both inaccurate and inappropriate. If this is how you treat your customers, it speaks volumes about your business practices. I hope you reconsider your approach to customer service in the future. read more

If I could give more stars I would! I'm big on customer service due to me being in the service industry. But Ran did an excellent job all around. Communication: I gave a call around 2pm asking about prices and requirements to bring in our Kashi. Ran told me the price and what it will include. And she was able to take me within the hour! Perfect for someone as busy as me. When I arrived about 10-15 mins early she had a mini consult about hair styles and what he needed. It has been a while since his last grooming so he need some extra care and loving. Service: Ran went above and beyond for Kashi and making sure she didn't nick him due to his matted hair. Also his toe nails were curling into his skin so she just wanted to warn me he may bleed when she cuts it but he ended up not bleeding. Thank GOD! Location: was in a big shopping plaza that looks like it's getting a new face lift. Plenty of parking and is very easy to find. It's next to a veterinarian which may be convenient for some of you. Ran relocated from Miami about two months ago but she is so experienced and friendly. I'm so glad I found her and I'm sure Kashi is too! :) You definitely will be seeing us again! Took almost 5 hours to bathe my two short haired yorkies that are 8lb! and trim their feet which was horribly done. Also forced to tip if you're paying with card. Replying to the very unprofessional owner: 1. Considering you did NOT trim the feet it took over 5 hours. 2. My dogs don't pee all over tables and while you're trying to suggest they are bad is not a good look, also I've never had a problem with either of them. 3. I was never informed. 4. I was in fact forced to tip when it was over 4 hours my Dogs feet weren't trimmed and had to wait another hour. No tip wasn't an opinion because clearly i would've clicked it. This is hands down the best groomer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have a very skittish and clingy rescue dog that requires special attention and TLC. I lucked out today on Yelp with this place! I had just returned from a business trip and my dog was looking crazy. I take pride in how clean I keep my dog but sadly, when you're out of town, you're depending on the care taker to clean their owns, personal spots and tear duct area - like I said, my dog was looking rough. I typically go to a place close to my home but they were booked for three weeks. After an hour of searching, I can across this new company. I think the owner mentioned they'd only been open for a month or so. I love that they do not believe in crating - they let your dog play around the shop and interact with other dogs their size. The owner and groomer are so kind and gentle with the dogs. When I showed up to pick up my dog, she wasn't even frantic like she normally is when I pick her up from a groomer. Now let me share with you something spectacular - they have a deal right now where if you enroll in their monthly membership, not only do you receive a discounted price for a full groom but you can bring the dog weekly for a bath and groom. The prices are by size and this weekly deal is perfect because I have a small furry poodle mix and when she potties, sometimes her urine and feces get stuck. They gave her the best summer cut and somehow managed to add a bow. Long story short - I'm now a member and I will be there every week to maintain her cuteness. read more

What a wonderful find! A husband and wife team just opened this grooming/daycare salon. There are no other employees. The wife is the groomer; hubby manages the place, watches the pups, and washes them in preparation for grooming. They own a dog themselves and are caring dog lovers. My pups have NEVER looked so good! The groomer is painstakingly particular, as well as gentle. I was worried about one of may pups, and she allowed me to watch the entire process for both pups. The daycare areas are light-filled and clean. While awaiting grooming, the pups can play with each other or go into a pen by themselves, if need be. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Their prices are VERY competitive. I hate to drive, they're about 25 minutes away, but I won't go anywhere else. read more
