Both practitioners do soft tissue work that REALLY relieves my tightness. They use many techniques, including adjustments, drop table, scraping, cupping, adjuster tool, stretches, range of motion exercises, and myofascial release! I didn't even know chiropractors could offer so much! Dr. Madison specializes in hypermobility and demonstrated great understanding of the nervous system! Dr. Alex is hands down the best chiropractor I've ever been to--and just an all-around amazing human. She really knows her stuff and takes such a well-rounded approach to care. She doesn't just do a quick adjustment and send you on your way; she looks at what your body actually needs and customizes the treatment. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Alex during my pregnancy journey. I came to her with bad TMJ pain, not realizing that the rest of my body was also out of wack due to pregnancy or even that chiropractor was a good option during pregnancy. Dr. Alexandra is amazing! She gives a full 30 minutes per session to share her talented body work and expertise with each and every client.
