This is our place, our favorite place to wash our dog. It's pretty affordable and clean. Usually we just follow the posted signs to wash her after checking in with the cashier. (You can pay for one wash or pay a little more for the punch card for future washes). This time, there was an attendant who cleaned up after the K9 customer and checked on us. There are towels, aprons, shampoo, and conditioner available. Use the leash to hook your pup in for safety. I take my best pup Hank here to get groomed regularly. He always comes home super soft, smelling wonderful, and sporting a trendy handkerchief :) The staff here are all amazing and great with Hank, even though he can be timid with strangers. I was at an animal hospital across from this business and I inquired about pet grooming and they were recommended. Well I am sooo happy they did! They didn't have same day pet grooming available, (which was what I was looking for), but they DID have a customer self dog washing station in the back that was reasonably priced if you purchased a card, (5 washes for $25). There are 3 stations & the location provides you with an apron to protect your clothing, as well as towels & 3 different types of shampoo, and disinfectant spray to sanitize before & after use. It was so easy to wash & dry my pup, & the water was nice & warm. Dash seemed to really enjoy his shower & I was grateful to have a warm place, other than my home, to bathe him in. To top it off, the employees are friendly, pleasant AND knowledgeable about animals. And of course the store has all kinds of items for your pet, (food, meds, accessories, homemade treats)! I brought my dog on a little outing last weekend and we stopped here to buy a new toy. We did a few laps around the store to check things out prior to the toy aisle. We have a specific place we order his food but I did notice that they had a large selection of foods for a variety of diets. The toy aisle had a bunch of items that appeared to be out of stock. It appeared that most of the prices were comparable to Pet Smart. Maybe a tad bit higher. The only thing I noticed about the store that I wasn't a fan of was how close the checkout was to the aisles. In PetSmart there is a huge gap so you are not interfering with any aisles while waiting to checkout. Here was not the case. With it being a busy day and many people bringing their dogs along, the checkout area seemed very congested! I would visit her again but definitely during the week when it probably isn't as busy. With the narrower aisles, it was hard to maneuver around when everyone had their pups with them. read more

I had a great experience here today. I was getting my toy poodle a haircut here for the first time and when I tell you the customer service here was amazing. First of all I wanted a Saturday appointment, online they showed no availability but Artell the store manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was accommodated. Jaycee was the stylist that cut my dog hair and she did a wonderful job. She even gave my toy poodle a cute little ponytail. My daughter loved her haircut she said it was the best one she ever had. It took a little less then an hour. They had a pretty big selection of pet supplies. They had some nice sales going on too. Buy three get one free. SHOPPING EXPERIENCE: This store is great. They have a pretty large selection of items. I was able to find the dog food I was looking for and a couple toys for my pups. The staff was friendly and helpful. 5-star experience. GROOMING EXPERIENCE: I brought my husky (bath and brush with deshed) and my maltipoo (full service groom) here to be groomed because I had a 20% off coupon for grooming services. My dogs' nails were not cut and their ears were not cleaned. Maybe these services aren't included in the packages I chose, but I've never been to a groomer that didn't include nail clipping and ear cleaning. Disappointing 2-star experience. Probably wont be coming back to have my dogs groomed, but may continue to shop here out of convenince. read more

We have previously been big fans of this store, but our experience today has changed our opinion. We made a 10:30 appointment for grooming. We were told it would be a couple of hours before they would be done (which is consistent with the last time we were there). We came back to the store at noon to do some shopping before we picked up our dog. We could hear barking and whimpering coming from the grooming section and it sounded like our boy. Turns out, it was him. He had been locked in a kennel since we dropped him and had not yet been seen by a groomer. The groomer, Amanda, who took him from us was indifferent and unapologetic about the situation. We spoke to the Manager who offered all kinds of alternatives and was apologetic, but none of it helped us feel better. Had we known they couldn't keep the 10:30 appointment, we would have kept our dog with us until he could be seen. We never would have agreed to have him in a cage for 2 hours. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this store. read more

I went to the store with my dogs and they walked with snow on their paws and they left it wet and a worker there gave me a piece of paper so I could clean the floor and that is his job and the rest of the floor. We've been patronizing this store since their opening day. We had been feeding our 2 dogs & 2 cats blue Buffalo food for years and while they carry it, the associate pointed out pet supply plus's in store brand 'Redford Naturals' and we decided to try it. The dogs, surprisingly, were longer to warm to it but love it now. The cats have loved it since day one & our one cat who was self multilating by licking all his fur off to the point of sores now has a healthy coat of fur! The associates are always extremely friendly and helpful and I was told they price match even online but we haven't attempted it yet as we have only been purchasing their brand food. read more

Normally I would have given 5 stars but I made an appointment with an experienced groomer Jaycee that groomed my dog with a specialty cut that had done an exceptional job our last appointment. When I brought my dog there for her appointment today 3 days before Christmas I was told she no longer worked there. I'm very disappointed no one contact me and let me know ASAP so I would have had the option to take her to another experienced groomer. Manager booked an appointment groomer changed to "fit me in". Less than 10 minutes late for that appointment and my booking was cancelled. Be aware, manager says they are booking one month out. Then when I asked for the dog food I had purchased in that store, the manager kept telling me they never sold that brand in that flavor! When I insisted, he checked my past receipts on the computer and then checked storage and: found it! I took my 2 pitbull puppies in for a nail trim and it was their first time, the groomers were very nice,the only problem I have was there weren't any bones my dogs liked which were the "busy rolls" but I saw the other flavors so I'm assuming the flavor my dogs liked were just sold out. Very disappointed using their grooming service. I've been shopping for pet food and supplies since I got my two puppies. My vet recommended we wait until our puppies were six months to bring them to a public place like this, but my past experiences were so pleasant with the entire staff, I felt comfortable bringing them for their first grooming before 6 months. After 3 hours, I came back to my puppies partially wet and looking almost as scruffy as they did when I dropped them off. I was advised they didn't like the blow dryer, but were towel dried ...which I understand to a degree but believe that with patience, experience and incentives, this shouldn't have been an issue...after all, this is a grooming service. It was apparent they hadn't been thoroughly brushed and their eyes weren't entirely cleaned (stuff from their eyes still on their fur)...unsure whether their nails had been trimmed. The saving grace was that the hair had been trimmed away from their eyes for them to see better. I wanted so bad for this experience to be a slam dunk and make this place our family one stop shop, but it's unlikely we'll return. Ugh!!!...Back to the drawing board... read more

My dog absolutely LOVES coming here, so much he starts going bonkers in the car when he realizes where we're going! The staff is always so friendly and excited to see him and they have everything I need for his very restrictive diet because of his allergies.
