There is artwork from a local artist for sale, which is really fabulous. The mural in the front area is colorful and so beautiful! The back area is a training space, which is multi-purpose, and can be used for many different types of modalities. I am excited to see what kind of classes they come up with! An entire year went by with no mention of injury, or that my treatment might be affected by the results thereof. I had, in fact, already had barefoot therapy in a previous session with positive results, which I very openly shared. The bottom line here is that, despite my loyalty and thousands of dollars invested, I was not even given the courtesy of making a decision regarding my own healthcare. That type of presumption has no place in any health related profession. Additionally, having polled other service professionals, massage, hair, nails, etc...the response was the same; this was not appropriate behavior. Period. I'm happy you have learned from your actions, so hopefully no remaining and future clients will feel this level of dissatisfaction.

They're also very attentive to pressure and will adjust accordingly, which I really appreciate. I walk away feeling so much lighter every time. I usually get a combination of Thai and Swedish massage, which has been perfect for me. The space is clean, calm, and comfortable, and it's easy to find. Just note that it's on the second floor. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the massage. I've had such a great experience both times and highly recommend this place!

I agreed because I thought it would be a more controlled, therapeutic technique, but it ended up being extremely intense and made the experience uncomfortable. There was also a language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate that the pressure was too much or explain what I wanted. My husband also got a massage and felt that the pressure was a lot. This may be a good fit for someone who likes extremely deep, intense pressure, and I can't speak to their other types of massages, but I personally would not get the deep tissue massage here again.
